I was looking for a wide street boot for my EEE feet and chose this model based on other reviews and RevZilla advice. I also considered the TCX X-Cube and the A* Mille but was told these were the widest of the three. I am really happy with my choice! My feet are comfortable - the width is good. Wide boots are so hard to find!
It's got a good, solid construction without being too stiff. And the boots are quite light. Lacing ensures a good fit - my preference over buckles.
My only hang-ups would be that the styling is a little too plain - could be a little 'flashier' - and the velcro strap at the top gets in the way when doing up the laces.
These boots are a fraction larger than you might expect so if you're borderline in normal sizing, go one size smaller. I'm traditionally a US10 and these are still fine but are a little larger than my other shoes.
Yes, I recommend this product.

DukeBill's Questions

TCX X-Cube Boots Italian styling, proprietary WaterProof membrane, and great over the ankle protection make this boot perfect for a quick afternoon session or an all-day ride. Dual compound sole makes peg grip a non-issue, while offering great traction off the bike. Upper composed of suede leather and Air Tech material Water resistant lining Malleolous protection and polyurethane ankle support Double closure system with laces and Velcro for a better fit Anatomic and replaceable footbed Wear-resistant all uses sole

How do the TCX X-Cubes compare with Alpinestars Mille in terms of width?

I've got wide feet! I've read that TCX's and AStars are good for wide feet but don't know which are wider. I've got a pair of AStars SMX-5 and they are okay for a short time. I would love something wider that is comfortable for longer periods.
