As with all Revzilla products it was shipped quick and well packaged.
Jacket fit's a little snug under the arms around the chest, so I sized up to an XL from a regular jacket that I would normally get in a L - I am 6'3" 195lbs - athletic build. But, this may just be me as I don't like clothing to be to tight under my arms and around my chest especially with the thought of it being used in the winter with possible other base layers. It will be looser in the summer without the winter liners, but that is OK with me.
My first ride out with it was in 2*C (35*F), all I had underneath was my armor and a jersey and I was not cold at all for the entire 100km off road ride. I put my own armor under the jacket, but the armor that comes with it fits very well and feels secure.
The venting options are brilliant and I can't wait for the summer to test this feature out. The pockets are well placed and easy to access even with winter gloves on due to their big pull tabs and buttons.
Sleeves and jacket length are long enough to cover everything properly, i.e. sleeve goes nicely over the cuff of a glove and the back of the jacket goes over the pants well to protect from water or dirt coming in. I also like high collar's on jackets and it protected me from the wind very well during this cold ride.
This is a very well designed jacket that I do not think will let anyone down in it's ability to perform in diverse environments.

what would you estimate the sleeve length to be on a large and XL jacket ?
I'm 6'3", 210lbs, 46 chest, 36" waist and generally wear 36" sleeve length however, like at least 1 inch longer for riding jacket say 37". Would Olympia work? thx BR

I am 6'3" 195lbs, 43-44' chest.
Not sure if your sleeve length is correct, but if the jacket around the chest fits (I am guessing you may need a XXL unless you like a snug feel) then I would say the sleeve will work as they come down past my wrist. They cover my gloves very well in any position, standing, sitting, etc...
