The air flow is great and the protection is adequate. I'm a size 7 1/2 and was going to get the 8/41 but after reading the other reviews opted for the 7/40. It was the right choice. The boots are snug, but not tight and although I haven't had them long seem to be comfortable off the bike as well.
The only down side so far is the Velcro. The patch to attach too isn't big enough, or may be placed wrong, to keep the lace protector tight. It should not a big enough problem to keep anyone from buying the boots, but should have been better.
Overall, I find these to be a great entry level boot. Not too fancy and not too pricey..

I love this jacket. Very warm on cold days and very comfortable on warm days with the liner out and the vents open. I even think it's a 5 on the style front, as well, but the wife doesn't care for the way it looks, so 4 stars it gets...
This was both the first jacket I purchased and the first order I placed with Revzilla, and I have been happy with both.

Inseam measurement on 'short' lengths?

I didn't see the measurement on the Fieldsheer size chart?

Heavy duty Polymide mesh and nylon outer Removable waterproof liner CE rated protectors in shoulders and elbows Removable spine pad with pocket for optional CE protector Adjustable waist Adjustable sleeves Snap loops for attaching jacket to belt Reflective Stripe

What's the temperature range on this jacket? Warm enough for the fall? Is it really reflective?

Although this is the first winter I've owned the jacket, and I live in So. California, it does well in our version of 'cold'. Some days I wear it to work, even though I don't ride to work, to keep me warm on the cold mornings (lowest temp. I've worn it in was mid 30's; lowest temp. I've rode with it on was low 50's)
