Really like this shoe. I usually wear a size 10 and ordered a size 10. It ended up feeling like 10.5 to me. Very comfortable once worn in and they seem like great casual riding shoes. You can wear these casually too.
One thing I recommend is not to ride with them when you first get them. Walk around in them for a couple days until you break them in, then enjoy! It will feel like a more natural transition doing it this way.
Yes, I recommend this product.

DavyG's Questions

Icon Overlord Short Gloves Targeted at the aggressive street rider, the Overlord short glove combines track level features with a wrist length pattern. The full Kangaroo palm, enhanced with Pittard's Keratan overlays, provides incredible feedback yet maintains serious abrasion resistant properties. A full Battlehide backhand serves and protects while keeping overall glove weight to an absolute minimum. Finally, the full plastic armor package and high dexterity floating knuckle design confirm the glove's performance lineage. The Overlord short from Icon, keeping the streets in check. Abrasion resistant premium grade Battlehide goatskin backhand Kangaroo palm Pittards Keratan abrasion zones Injected thermoplastic knuckle Precurved fingers Aramid stitching

Icon Overlord Short vs Long Length

I'm torn between the Short and Long version of this glove. I like the 3/4 style gauntlets (or "short" gauntlets) because I can usually tuck them inside my jacket. I don't really like having them wrap the outside, nor do I like the very short cuffs.

For example, the Alpinestars S-1 gloves are the perfect length and size but I like the features on the Icon's more.

The majority of my riding is street. So my question would be, which glove would be best for tucking inside the jacket? Keeping in mind that I prefer the 3/4 gauntlet like the A* S-1.

(I have a Street & Steel Nomad Jacket for reference and riding an sv650s)
