AGV is a company that makes a quality product at a reasonable price. As the most expensive racing glove they offer this top of the line item is packed with some truly great features. Now there are no two ways about this, these are high zuit racing gloves, these are not comfy all season touring gloves, all racing gloves fit tight and some of the medial protection can feel uncomfortable during extended wear. I purcahsed these gloves because I wanted the highest level of protection. As far as GP gloves go I have never seen so many hard parts. Carbon knuckle sliders, hard parts along the outside of your wrist and on the tops of your fingers. The gaunlet section has two sections, a strap to secure your wrist and then two flaps to go around your jacket. This is an extremely great way of securing the glove, and I wish more companies went this route. The ventilation is top notch. I wore these gloves on a 90 degree day and did not have an issue. The venilation along you pointer and index finger really keeps the air moving. Every seam looks double safety stitched to keep is from coming apart and the thickness in the leather is outstanding. I have had these for over two months with about 8 hours of riding time. They take a while to break in as the leather and hard parts are very stiff, they run just a little small so order up if you are comparing them to an american cut, and the hard parts on the outside of the wrist dig a little if you have them cinched too tight. Other than that I think I made a great choice, there is no protection like a full gaunlet glove and AGV make one of the best.

The Icon Overlord pants are an extremely well designed, well made piece of gear. The stretch panels are all placed exactly where they are needed and don't allow any air to get in on a chilly ride. The knee pads are a bit low but they seem to fall in place once the knees are up into a riding position. Textiles have come a long way and while I won't rate these up there with leathers I do feel that these will offer better protection than older style balistic nylon or the textile of yesterday. Overall these are great pants my only complaint would be that they are very long. My inseam is about 30" but my gut had me order the larger size and this really is a personal problem. Anybody with decent proportions should not encounter an issue. Although I would caution these are really made for the sport bike rider or at least for a bike that puts you in an agressive riding position. Great pants so just order them, but make sure you use revzilla cause these guys are great to work with!!!
