DID 525VX X-Ring Chain Created to withstand the severe demands of todays top World Superbikes, DID is proud to introduce the high performance DID VX Series Chain. In developing it, DID focused on improving rigidity. Traditionally, tensile strength has been used to indicate the overall strength of a chain, but tensile strength is only a laboratory static measurement of a chains breaking point. Rigidity, on the other hand, is the ability of a chain to withstand forces that occur in a riders real world experience. Increased rigidity means better power transfer from the engine to the ground and greater resistance to stretching under load. This translates into smooth handling and quicker response time. All D.I.D VX Chains feature D.I.D's patented X-Rings. The unique design of the X-Rings reduce friction by twisting between the side plates to help disperse pressure and minimize power loss. Its four contact points greatly increase its ability to seal in lubricates while keeping out dirt. Compared to O-Ring chains, X-Ring chains last up to 2X longer. Normal O-Ring and many modified O-Ring designs have pressure points that increase friction and decrease chain life. The DID VX Series Chain, the ultimate in performance and durability for your dual sport, sport bike or sport touring bike. Features Greater rigidity brings smoother handling, reduced power loss, and quicker response Average tensile strength 9,220 lb. 4.08 lbs. per 100 links Rivet master link included

Just bought a new DID 525VX to replace the old one on my Ducati ST4s. The old one lasted about 11k miles before I decided it needed to be replaced and I'm generally pretty bad at keeping up with chain maintenance. I'm sure if I actually cleaned and lubed it every 300 miles it would last a lot longer. The gold one looks sharp.

Very solid pants for the money. Bought them to have some light colored mesh textile protection riding and commuting in brutal Phoenix summertime heat. I like the color - more of a matte silver or light gray than real silver.
Airflow is good, protection seems good. The hip pads are the most substantial hip pads of any of the pants I've purchased. I like the zip up legs and the zippered pockets. I'm 6'2", 265 lbs, usually wear about a 40-42 waist size and the 2XL fits perfect. If in doubt, I would go one size up as there's no stretch in the waist band. A few nit picks:
- As everyone else mentioned the 2 snaps at the top of the zipper suck. I'll have those replaced.
- They're a little baggier than I wanted. I'm wearing them as pants, not overpants. I could certainly wear something small underneath like shorts or light pants but they work as just pants as well.
- I wish they had one or two zippered or velcro cargo pockets somewhere. They just have the 2 zippered front pockets, although they're very deep.
That being said, I'm giving them 5 stars for the quality (other than the snaps) and value for the money. They look great and appear to have substantial protection, which I hope to never test out. Although I know if I use them off-road I will...:)
Oh, and ridiculously fast free shipping from Revzilla.

Solid rack - seems very beefy and able to handle a tip over. Also one of the cheapest I've found. I bought them because at some point I'll probably get the Trekker Outbacks, but for now I'm just using them with my Wolfman Expedition soft bags.
Install is very easy. Hardest part for Tiger owners is this: on the left side, the bracket bolts to the bottom of the frame tube with 2 bolts. Those two bolt holes have plastic plugs in them - be careful taking these out. I tried prying them out with a knife and ended up cutting the top off them, and they are really difficult get out after that. I had to use a drill even though the plugs are just plastic. Be careful with this.
There's less offset in the left rack due to no exhaust on that side, but I think it looks fine. See the attached pics. I plan on getting 37L cases for both sides eventually.

This is my favorite pair of riding gloves so far, not to mention the most I've paid for a pair of gloves. For the money though, they're great. Very comfortable. I measured my hand per the Spidi sizing chart, it said I'm a 3XL and that's what I ordered. They fit perfect, so the chart seems to be pretty accurate.
The gauntlet part of the glove is a little slim and it's a tight fit around my jacket sleeves, but it works. Style-wise, they look great. I got the red, white, and black gloves. I've worn them in temps from about 58 to 100 degrees and they've been fine. They don't have a lot of airflow, and I'm guessing they'll be a little too cold to wear when the temps get down into the 30's.
Revzilla service was great and I got these gloves faster than I expected. I got them in time to break them in on a ride I took to Vegas. Overall, great gloves and comfortable. They seem like they have great protection and are well made, although I hope to never find out how much protection they provide!
