SAS-TEC Back Protector Cutting edge SAS-TEC material is intelligent armor constructed from visco elastic soft foam smart molecules. It has earned the highest CE rating available (CE level 2), during an impact, the armor freezes and hardens, absorbing the shock and distributing its force over a large area to reduce the risk of fractures. The protector is not destroyed by impact, but reverts back to its original state and maintains its capability to protect from multiple impacts. SAS-TEC Armor has a soft and pliable exterior (as opposed to rigid KNOX armor) which offers a great deal of comfort and mobility. This protector is anatomically designed and fitted to provide superior spine and back protection as well as the base of the neck /between the shoulder blades. SC-1/11 fits Women's Turbine Jacket SC-1/12 fits REV'IT! Cayenne Pro Jacket and Turbine Jacket REV'IT Gore-Tex Jackets have different shaped back protector pockets depending on the size of jacket, see the size chart for fitment information SC-1/16 should only be used for XYL or larger Gore-Tex Jackets SC-1/11 Measurements (approximate) Height 15 3/4 Width (at widest point) 13 Thickness 3/4 SC-1/12 Measurements (approximate) Height 19 Width (at widest point) 13 Thickness 3/4 SC-1/16 Measurements (approximate) Height 21 3/8 Width (at widest point) 13 3/8 Thickness 3/4

Bought this to put into my daily jacket. Just trimmed it with some scissors and got a custom fit. Its actually much lighter than I expected. I though it would be a heavy thick rubber but its actually very light yet very durable and extremely resistant to impact.

Just got my Revit tarmac in size 52. I'm 6ft 170. Fits like a glove. Outstanding quality. Worth every penny. Wore it today in 90deg humid south FL and flowed tons of air. No problems. Its so comfortable and feels so protective. The leather is of such high quality, the stitching and fit are amazing. You can tell this is a $600 jacket. I'm a total Revit fan now. What other jacket will give you dual comp elbo and shoulder protection with external sliders!!. BEST JACKET EVER.

Forcefield Back Protector Pro Sub 4 The Forcefield Back Protector Pro Sub 4 is the worlds first Motorcycle back protector to transmit less than 4kn when subjected to the standard CE test. The Pro Sub 4 has been specifically designed to test at under 4kn when subjected to the standard CE test EN1621-2. Independent testing by SATRA shows a mean test result of 3.38kn transmitted energy, making it the first motorcycle back protector in the world to attain this level of performance. Constructed with a removable and washable outer cover to give the rider the ability to keep the back protector clean and hygienic , it also makes the protector more flexible as it is not bonded at the edges, this in turn makes it more comfortable to wear, a prime consideration in the design process of any Forcefield product. As with all Forcefield Body Armour the Pro Sub 4 has RPT (Repeat Performance Technology) ensuring continued and consistent protection even after multiple impacts. Features The World's first Motorcycle back protector to transmit less than 4kn when subjected to the CE test EN1621-2 (Level 2) Removable and washable outer cover CE Level 2 Rated Protection RPT (Repeat Performance Technology) Comfortable and non restrictive Flexible Breathable Moulds to body shape Adjustable waist and shoulder straps Multi Sport use Read more about this product in this WebBikeWorld.com Review

Bought the sub4 cause I'm an ER doc and have seen too many spinal fractures from motorcycle accidents. It clearly provides the best protection you can buy. Very light weight, easy to put on, fits snug. A little bulky under my jacket and the bottom stick out past the end of my jacket. I tried to tuck it into my pants but keeps popping out when I tuck. Should be ok if you zip your pants to your jacket. Ill tolerated it though cause it covers my entire spine.

I just rode in these today in 90deg Florida heat and they felt cooler than jeans with a lot more protection. Very comfortable and easy to move in once you get them on. Putting them on and taking them off is a little cumbersome. I agree with other reviews that they are a little snug in the calf area and I'm a skinny guy. I'm 6ft 170lbs and the 34 fits perfect. My waist is about 32. Be aware these will only go into your boots. They are too tight around the ankle to go over anything.

You gotta love Dianese style. Really great looking glove. All the protection of a full metal pro with a shorter cuff but still covering your ulnar styloid. Only down side is it gets pretty warm in the sun and the metal plate can be a little uncomfortable on the back of your hand and knuckles
