Love these riding boots. I actually got the ones with the yellow lace parts but it's the same boot/shoe. These are great once you get used to them. I'm using them for local/street rides on my 800GS and normally I wear either Rev'it's Apache boot or Tech8 Lights on my dirtbike...so going to this "shoe" was odd at first. It's very light, fits very snug fit and at first I thought I needed another half size bigger. It's true to size, but it's supposed to be a snug fit, and that's with a normal summer riding sock on. They are a narrower boot, not sure if they come in bigger widths but I wear a medium (normal?) width shoe, and they fit fine.
The protection areas are fine, the traction on the soles is amazing even on hot and well worn, greased out roads down here in Florida. They're great looking too.
I would recommend these boots to anyone.

First off, I LOVE Rev'It and just about everything they make. They don't make a bad product, period.
As for these gloves, I have owned several pairs of their other models and if you like a sporty fit (what others call European cut), then you won't find better gloves. They're form fitting, true to size, and do what they say. These are excellent for my Winter gloves and Rain gloves, as I live in Florida. They hold me through about 35 degress (coldest I've ridden in with them) and I have heated grips, so it's down-right toasty in there. They're also waterproof...so they're my rain gloves as well. A two-fer...can't beat that!

sizing

Just wondering about sizing.
I tried on 9US at my local shop and they will too tight in the toes but felt okay elsewhere.
I then tried 10US which felt too louse around the ankle area.

Would 9.5US fit okay then? my local doesn't carry half sizes.
If you used the same sock in both size try-on's, then the middle size should be good. These are supposed to be a very snug fit and the footbed will shape to your feet the more you wear them causing a break-in that will give you just a bit more room.

Good luck.

Will these work for a short rider?

I tip toe my zx-10r in sneakers. And I am fine with that but will these shoes take further away from my height since it seems like they don't have much sole.

Thanks!
Can't answer anything about your current boot to say they'll "take away from your height" but they will not add as much as a boot will with a big sole etc. These are almost like wrestling or car racing boots in that they have a very thin sole for better feel.

I tip toe on my GS, and these haven't changed that. I still can reach the ground so I don't think any boot style/size will change that on you either.

Cheers.

How hard to get back on when wet/sweaty?

Some of my gloves once they get sweaty or wet are almost impossible to get back on quickly or 'cleanly' because of their inner liners.
What are these like in that regard? Anyone have enough experience with them to say?
Patrick,

These gloves will not have that problem. The liner that is touching your skin inside these gloves is like a silky, moisture-wicking layer that is kind of like an Under-Armor shirt but stronger and less stretchy. It feels silky smooth, yet doesn't saturate like other gloves do.

I don't think you'll have the problem you've experienced with the other gloves.
