Arai Signet-Q Helmet - Solid Colors The Signet-Q takes all the favorite features of the RX-Q and create a whole new series based on all the successes. On the outside, the Arai Signet-Q Helmet looks very similar to it's namesake, the RX-Q, but on the inside you can see and feel the difference. A longer shell shape on the Arai Signet-Q Helmet gives 5mm more space front to back allowing for a larger number of heads to fit comfortably. The shape of the Arai Signet-Q Helmet releases forehead pressures and eliminate hot spots for a more comfortable fit every time. This shape works best for riders with a long oval headshape. Additional Features of the Arai Signet-Q Helmet Both the top vent set and side exhaust cowls are direct carryovers from the RX-Q Brow vent ducting redirects to flow air across the temples DDL-4 exhaust vent to the 10mm wider eye port (5mm on each side) Long Oval Fit SAI MAX-Vision Brow Vent shield Clear Pin Lock Max-Vision Brow Vent pinlock lense included. Elongated shell adds 5mm from front to back Long-Oval shape helps prevent Hot-Spot Multi-Density Single piece EPS liner Removable, replaceable, washable interior Dry-Cool Surface material for rapid displacement of heat and moisture away from your head and into the ventilation airflow for added comfort while riding and a quick dry between rides 5mm peel-away temple pads adds another level of customization, giving the helmet interior a little extra width when needed Enhanced for customizable micro fitment interior without the need to purchase extra interior components New FCS (Facial Contour Support) cheek pad design Innovative and exclusive spring support adds just the right amount of pressure when needed while being worn Meets or exceeds Snell and D.O.T. standards

I've been nursing along my old Signet GT from 2002 and looking for a replacement for years. I tried helmet after helmet and they all gave me a hotspot on my forehead. I even tried the Arai Profile, which probably could have worked, but was still too tight in the front. I know some people will compress the EPS liner to cool a hotspot, but then you reduce the effectiveness of the helmet. Lo and behold, Arai has finally listened and resurrected the long oval shape. Slipped it on and it feels like an old friend. Feels remarkably similar to the fit from the old Signet GT...no hotspot whatsoever. For those of you with forehead hotspots that no helmet can seem to cure, your new helmet has arrived.
Yes, I recommend this product.

quality of materials is good. I wear this with the Pro sub 4 back protector. Has a flimsy attachment to the back protector, but under a jacket, has stayed in place without sliding at all. My only disappointment is that it's a relatively small protector. In retrospect, I wish I had bought something larger to give some protection from the sides as well. Given that this is small, I forget that I'm wearing it within seconds, so max score for comfort.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Forcefield Back Protector Pro Sub 4 The Forcefield Back Protector Pro Sub 4 is the worlds first Motorcycle back protector to transmit less than 4kn when subjected to the standard CE test. The Pro Sub 4 has been specifically designed to test at under 4kn when subjected to the standard CE test EN1621-2. Independent testing by SATRA shows a mean test result of 3.38kn transmitted energy, making it the first motorcycle back protector in the world to attain this level of performance. Constructed with a removable and washable outer cover to give the rider the ability to keep the back protector clean and hygenic, it also makes the protector more flexible as it is not bonded at the edges, this in turn makes it more comfortable to wear, a prime consideration in the design process of any Forcefield product. As with all Forcefield Body Armour the Pro Sub 4 has RPT (Repeat Performance Technology) ensuring continued and consistent protection even after multiple impacts. Features The World's first Motorcycle back protector to transmit less than 4kn when subjected to the CE test EN1621-2 (Level 2) Removable and washable outer cover CE Level 2 Rated Protection RPT (Repeat Performance Technology) Comfortable and non restrictive Flexible Breathable Moulds to body shape Adjustable waist and shoulder straps Multi Sport use Read more about this product in this WebBikeWorld.com Review

Really disappears after just a couple of minutes being on the bike. I can't fully review it as I haven't crashed in it yet and have no intention to any time soon, but I'm quite happy with my purchase. If it performs in a real crash like it does in the lab, I don't see how you can go wrong.
Yes, I recommend this product.
