I was looking for a glove offering good protection without having to spend a fortune. The Carbon Covers have similar features to Dianese’s higher end products, but at a reasonable cost. The fit and finish is excellent and they fit my size large hand perfectly. They are also true to size. I live in S Florida where it gets hot and the Carbon’s flow little, but enough air to keep my hands from sweating too much.

Where do I go to replace the sole of the Sidi Adventure boot? I don't want to void lifetime goretex warranty by sending my boots to a local shoesmith.
I want to ensure that the boots will still be waterproof if re-soled. I have only had my adventure goretex boots for three months and the soles show considerable wear. It won't last more than one year and I never scuff or drag my feet.
I've had several pairs of boots re-soled through the years. Any reputable shoe repair shop can perform this task and ensure they will remain waterproof. THey can also offer different compounds of sole material that might hold up better than what you have. However, more durable the sole materials usually have less grip.
