Just dumped my bike on a dirt track and broke a rib, but no knee/shin problems at all. Very glad I was wearing these. They fit inside my boots (a few inches) but I never notice them once the boots are on.

My only comment is I'm thinking I'll bust out the bottom of the zipper before I wear out anything else (unless I keep on dumping the bike, a bad habit I'm trying to kick). They very cleverly shortened the zipper more than on a normal pair of pants, in order to prevent it from irritating/chafing/pinching you know what. Unfortunately, for a guy with an *ss as big as mine, this means I have to be very careful when putting the pants on, to avoid pulling them apart at the zipper. It isn't really a hassle, but I wouldn't want to have to do it in an emergency (like, uh, when the other boyfriend comes home early).
Fortunately I only have to put the pants on once a day (unless it is a very lucky day).

The only time I ever think about these gloves is when I put them on and take them off. Otherwise they are just doing their job. Fingers are longish, which sure beats shortish.

Once I got the right size (even after trying on exactly the same helmet in a local store, I still ordered one size too large - my bad, RevZilla good) this helmet fits perfectly. Something about helmets, I guess you have to find the brand that matches the shape of your head, I know most other brands don't fit mine.
Sure it's a lot of money, but I'd rather work a few extra weekend shifts so I can afford to protect my head, than spend the rest of my life drooling on myself from the sidelines.

Are these pants easy to hem. I have a 29" inseam.
For me, these pants would be impossible to hem, as I am not even capable of threading a needle. Fortunately I have a 92 year old mother who still believes she must do my sewing.
However, I would hesitate to give her these pants to hem for the simple reason that the zipper will need to be shortened. In the past, when I have given her sewing jobs involving zipper shortening, she has invariably managed to lose the item somewhere, she doesn't know where, or ruin it in the wash, or just plain deny that I ever gave it to her in the first place. This string of unbroken bad luck extends back at least 50 years.
Your sewing skills may be up to a zipper shortening task, if not I recommend not trying to hem these pants.

Can the Body Armor easily be removed from the Klim Latitude coat and pants?
Hard to know exactly what you mean by 'easily' but assuming you're ambulatory enough to be riding a motorcycle you should have no problem removing all the armor in, let's say, 90 seconds max.
Putting the armor back in takes longer ... just like putting that toaster you took apart back together again takes a little longer than you thought it would ...

The knee armor will definitely fit under the Icon Victory Riding Pants, the question is will your legs fit in the pants at the same time.

Dianese Bruce Pants ... Will the shin armor fit above a tall touring boot (like the Long Range DWP)?
If there is a conflict with the top of the boot, can the shim armor be replaced with just knee armor OR is the pants armor pocket built for the combo only?

The alpine stars size charts shows usa and italy size conversion but your cart/site doesn't specify which you are selecting from the drop down. Which is it?
Great question and I'm on your side, Revzilla should make this a bit easier to figure out, although they do have a 'note' at the bottom of the size chart that answers your question.
When you click the 'select size' drop down button Revzilla gives you a choice of sizes 48 to 64. These are Italian/Euro sizes, as the equivalent American sizes would start at 38 and end at (maybe) 54.
