This bag has some design features I couldn't figure out. First of all it has what appears to be a helmet bag attached with a strap that takes up a fair bit of room inside the tail bag. Once you cut the strap to remove it you have a decent amount of room. I couldn't figure out what the bottom zipper flap is for (maybe to convert to a tank bag). Overall it holds what I need it to hold - A few extra pairs of ear plugs, extra layer of clothing, shades, etc.)

The jacket in the video review has a zipper pocket under the left chest pocket and has an attached belt.
The jacket in the photos does not have a zipper pocket and has a detached belt. Which is correct?
