The bad is the color does not match the factory bars
I used an 12" plus 2" wobble extension with a 17mm deep socket to bolt on right side. Keep all bolts loose then snug to torques in the instructions. You will need a T45 torx socket or wrench.
Totally protects plastic bits in sides of tank and your legs as well
Tiger 1200 is top heavy and I always now just let her go down rather than try to hold her up as the bars keep any damage to zero provided you also have Bark Buster hand guards.
Well worth the money and time.
Great to see Revzilla carry this brand.

Best part of the jeans is when you unzip the fly you see "Get Stung" :)
They feel great and are very "covert" with the hip and knee armor. Too bad it's not included with the price but it makes these jeans closer to 169 than 119. The Sas-tech armor actually is in the right place for my knees. It seems like decent armor and being in the right spot is spot on.
I wear a slim fit 32 x 32 Wrangler jean and these fit me perfectly. I thought they were too long at first but I did a quick wash and put in the armor and they look great with my western boots.
With my Sidi Canyons the legs seem a bit too small but workable.
Even with armor in no one can tell your wearing motoprotective pants.
The kevlar is very comfortable compared to my Draggin Jeans....very soft feeling pants.
They are "abrasion level 3" Scorpion rates the abrasion resistance of its products by its so-called “Abradium Abrasion Scale,” which ranges from level four (racing protection) to level two (street use). They are not like a pair of Motoport mesh kevlar street jean but sure a lot better than my 501's......They are really meant for a casual attempt at AGATT like to go to work and not look like a space ranger.
Highly worth the money and Revzilla ships fast.

I've had BMW Santiago boots for a while but they are no longer made. The BMW All Around boot is too light. I did not want to spend this much on a boot but the sales persons at Revzilla said if I don' like them send them back. No way. These are keepers. They are high enough that the pegs on a GS do not dig into my shins. They are truly waterproof and very comfortable. I think they run true to side. The 46 in the BMW boot fits the same as this one. I think perhaps Sidi makes boots for them?? The buckle system is very easy to use. The secret to loosening is to push down on the grey "U" shape to release. I have had a smilar system on Sidi bike shoes and that lasted for years. One month now in temps from 25 F to 95 F and I did not even think about my feet. The soles do grip very well. Perhaps the best grip of any boot I've worn. Waterproof is a big YES. The perfect boot for the way I ride. Spend the big bucks and sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Been wearing this jacket for the last year-about 11,000 miles in temps from 70 to 105 and it's held up well. The eye blistering neon yellow is still bright after 2 washes in Nikwax Tekwash. Seems like others also have an AST Olympia which does suck above 80 so this one gets a lot of use. I sold my Motoport Kevlar Ultra mesh jacket as this one is so much more comfortable to wear and a lot cooler. Olympia is all the money you need to spend,

What a disappointment. These gloves are all about style not substance. I got them for my wife along with a pair of Rev'it Xena gloves and the difference in protection was quite stark. I'm not sure what these gloves are other than a fashion statement. The gauntlet is way too big. The knuckle protectors are weirdly shaped and have ridges. The fit is very big so if your between sizes go the smaller one. I could not see these gloves lasting very long. For this much money look at Rev'it or Rukka. Not worth the asking price. They remind me a lot of my $42 Icon Compoung mesh gloves in construction and protection just a lot more money.

I got 10,000 miles and about 2 years of hard riding on my Summit Gloves-the finger holes on the side started to stretch and the palms grew holes. I just wore them out.
I want to be able to wear Held Gloves but they just make my hands cramp so I go back to the Rev'it who seem to make gloves custom for me.
I find these very comfortable and pick up a dime from the countertop sensitive. They don't cramp my hands and I feel totally protected.
I asked the salesperson here what glove would you rather fall off you bike at 100mph wearing these or Held Steves. He said Helds-most likely both would give good protection. The little details of the palm and pinky sliders show some good design.
I like being water proof. I have seen a bunch of reviews that say neigh. They suck in the rain. I grabbed a handful of mink oil and rubbed my hands together for a while working that goo in the leather. Over that I sprayed silicone water proofing. Now total dry in Florida afternoon frog drowning rain showers (daily) Note-my bike has hand guards so I don't get full water blasting. Still have to say DRY as a bone.
Good advice to put your sleeves over your gauntlets in the rain.
I have about 1000 miles on these now and I guess I'm good for another 9000. They are the most comfortable gloves I have ever worn. If the Held Steves were this comfortable I would have gotten them as I know they are built better with the Kanga-roo leather and all.

I'm using this in conjunction with a SW Motech 20mm riser. It really puts the bars in the correct position for me. Plus the anti vibe does work. Quick install on Tiger Explorer, just make sure your cables will take the extra height.
Use a torque wrench always.

I would rate this as good as the Madstad and better than the Clearview for the Explorer. I also have the OEM small shield and Batzen Bracket that I like for warmer weather. But for rain and cold this big mother is great. It big and high and in that it flutters when in the low angle position. It did not break on a 1000 mile run down I75 at speeds up to 80 so I guess I will give it 4 stars due to the fluttering at the tips. At high speeds it really does seem to stabilize the bike in crosswinds unlike a totally rounded shield. Looks like it has some serious wind tunnel testing and National Cycle is a big name in shields so I trust them more than Cee Bailey or Clearview. It works for me.

My TEX was a good bike but it had some huge tire noise and wallowed all over the road at high speeds. It was those sucky OEM Metzler Tourance EXP tires.
They lasted a measly 2000 miles before the back was flat and the front was cupped. Yanked off those #####$%^ and slapped on these Michelins.
Wow-what great tires. Quiet and grip like mad. Just did a 3000 mile trip that came back via the NC mountain roads like 276 and Georgia 60. Grips like glue. I felt glued to the road. It's the most fun you can have out of the bedroom. These tires make the bike a super bike. They are however not great off road but that's the price you pay for on road tire perfection. I have 6000 miles on them now and they still look new. Rear is real round and front has no cupping at all. There may be other tires as good or better but I ain't found it yet and would get another set for sure.

I freaked out with the Madstad because at high speeds I felt I was getting a lot of front end wobble. I went back to the small stock shield and just rode with it for 2000 miles on a 3000 mile trip. Much better stability but I got beat up from the wind. The small stocker is a clean flow for sure all the way down. I got this big well built shield and did 1000 miles on I75 a few days ago and it works really well. Better than the Cee Bailey. It seems to want to be higher than other shields so the Batzen Brackets help with that. Quality shield with good strong mounting bobbins for the Tiger. Just had the beast up to 95 for a quick spurt (of course closed track do not try it at home disclaimer) and there is some wobble but not real bad. Behaves nicely in a cross wind and the V seems to stabilize the ride a bit. I now have a real silent pocket of air and can ride with the face shield up at 75. Not a real good idea to ever ride with the face shield up this time of year as there are plenty of bees about. Good shield.
