This jacket is all I hoped it would be. It fits me well and is very comfortable. I find it very warm without the insulated liner and I would guess it must be pretty cool to need more insulation. I dont ride in the rain so not sure about the waterproof claim. Not all colors available but got my second choice, overall happy with the jacket.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Not much riding time on the gloves yet, but they fit well and seem to be very well made. They are what I expected and I hope they last for a lot of riding.

Held Air Hero Gloves The gloves formerly known as the Held Air Stream! Palm is highly abrasion-resistant sweat-resistant and colorfast kangaroo leather Back is ventilated mesh (100 polyester with leather detailing Unlined palm Back is fully lined with Kevlar and Cool Max Adjustable Velcro closure at cuff Special step seam prevents pressure points on inner hand and enhances feel Fingers are perforated with mesh sides Hard plastic knuckle protection Side of hand and ball of thumb are reinforced Side of hand and fingers are protected with Superfabric

I measured my palm and it is between 8"-8.5". What is the recommended size if i want to get the held air stream gloves

I would go with the size recomended on the fitting chart. In my case the tag inside the glove listed the size as a 9L which I was unsure of. It could mean large or long,a quick e-mail to revzilla indicate it meant large which resolved any issues i had.
