Powerlet Basic Luggage Electrix Tankbag Saddlebag Power Kit Mounts conveniently into any tankbag or saddlebag (soft or hard sided luggage). Easy to install, this waterproof connector permits power to be passed through the luggage wall. Includes Luggage. Electrix connector, PAC-026 Cigarette, SAE connector and 48 battery harness. Patented. Power Anything! Ideal for powering cell phones, GPS units, radar detectors, satellite radios, air compressors and other electrical gadgets. The connector can be installed into tankbags, top cases (tourpacks) or saddlebags. Power can come from an SAE battery lead, a Powerlet outlet or from a battery charger SAE lead. Patented. Manage Excess Cords Built with touring riders and commuters in mind, Powerlet simplifies what to do with excess cords around the handlebars. For example, the excess GPS power cord can stay inside your tankbag while the GPS is mounted to your handlebars. Inside the luggage there is a Powerlet cable to fit your needs. If not just call us toll free and we will custom build your cable we are the factory. Quickly Hide Your Electronic Device The Luggage Electrix system is designed to help quickly hide expensive electronics when we step away from our bikes. Since the GPS or Radar Detector is plugged in inside the luggage there is no need to unplug it every time you stop for gas, food or to stretch. Remove the electronics from its mount and place it inside the luggage, there is no need to unplug the gadget every time you stop.

As others have done on the www.ST-Owners.com forum, I will be using this kit to bring power to the Pan topbox on my ST1300. It will provide a safe, secure and dry location to recharge various electronics while on a trip. Cell phone, Kindle, even the Garmin Zumo if the on bike mount should loose power for some reason (happened to a friend on a recent trip, so he just recharged the gps at every stop). Revzilla is a good place to buy this product and their customer service is top knotch.

It's just a pouch, but it works like it supposed to and does keep the dual controller in reach and somewhat protected. I do wish the cover flap was secured bettter as it opens fairly easily

SAS-TEC Back Protector Cutting edge SAS-TEC material is intelligent armor constructed from visco elastic soft foam smart molecules. It has earned the highest CE rating available (CE level 2), during an impact, the armor freezes and hardens, absorbing the shock and distributing its force over a large area to reduce the risk of fractures. The protector is not destroyed by impact, but reverts back to its original state and maintains its capability to protect from multiple impacts. SAS-TEC Armor has a soft and pliable exterior (as opposed to rigid KNOX armor) which offers a great deal of comfort and mobility. This protector is anatomically designed and fitted to provide superior spine and back protection as well as the base of the neck /between the shoulder blades. I got this backpad for my new Revit Defender GTX Jacket. The jacket is excellent in all other regards, but I wanted a more protective back pad. The pad was difficult to get into the pouch in the jacket that is specifically designed for it, but once in it fits in tightly with no shifitng around. At first the pad feels very stiff, but within a few minutes my body heat warmed up the pad and it began to mold to my shape and became very comfortable, My only concern is if it will be too hot for hot riding days...I mean 85+ days. If it is I amy just switch the oem temperform pad in the back but if not I'll stick with the much higher protection of this back pad.

REV'IT! Defender GTX Gore-Tex Jacket Make it safer. Make it lighter. Make it stronger. The fifth generation of adventure jackets since the groundbreaking original Cayenne jacket. The Defender GTX sets a new standard in apparel for the adventure and serious touring rider. Every stitch, reinforced. Fabrics which are both lighter and stronger. A new DWR coating prevents water from soaking the outer layer, while the removable GORE-TEX Performance Shell removable membrane ensures the highest level of waterproofing and breathability, guaranteed. Superfabric ceramic panels and SAS-TEC armor protect, while huge vents, large pockets, glove friendly pull-tabs, and a great Exkin Air thermal liner complete the package. Every aspect of the Defender GTX was designed for easier use, and more abuse than the competition, period. This jacket forms a recommended combination with the DEFENDER GTX Pants . Ever since I spoke to Tex from Revit at the Bloomsburg, PA BMW rally I knew I would everntually buy the Defender jacket. I has all the important comfort and protection features that I feel will make this the perfect 4 season jacket for my upcoming cross country trip. The folks at Revzilla are outstanding to work with and know their products. I'm a large man, 6'3", 260# and the 3XL jacket fits snug (as designed, keeps the armor in place and eliminates flapping fabric) and is very comfortable with no restriction in movement. The only dig for me is I would have liked to front of the jacket to be very slightly longer, maybe an inch. I am very pleased with the fit and level of protection from the elements and impacts and the removable Gor-tex lining is something I have learned I can trust for absolute waterproofness and breathability. I did upgrade to the SASTEC back armor..not sure if that is going to be too hot for hot riding days.

First, If they came in Tall in my waist I would have preferred them. I got these mainly for use in hot summer riding. Due to the design of my bike pants with mesh in the shim area are not good. Way too much heat comes off my bike in that area and when I've worn my mesh pants in feels like I'm standing in a campfire. These pants shield the heat off the bike but are still very wearable in high temps. Very comfortable and I LOVE the cargo pockets. They run considerably smaller ( 2 sizes) than any other technical pants I have and I am a big guy, 6'3" and 260# but these pants fit well,,,though I won't be showing off the 4XL tag to anyone...LOL A great product and so far they are showing that you get what you pay for.
