Works great! The edge of the lens is a tad distracting at first but I've been very pleased with the performance. No more flipping up the visor at stop lights to clear things up.

On the up side, the gloves are very warm and true to fit. I like the way the various straps really cinch the glove onto my hand. With NixWax on them, my hands stay dry even in pouring rain. On the downside, the heat in uneven. Even with a temperature controller, the back of my hands get burnt while my finger tips are numb. But mostly, they are a pain to put on. As with any gear, it took a few tries to get everything settled. The wiring is bulky and for comfort's sake I ended up connecting the gloves to wiring harness outside the jacket, creating a good deal of excess wiring between the glove and jacket. This brings me to the biggest complaint I have about these gloves: the tiny cuff. Not only is it short, but it is small in circumference. I may have small wrists, but when I put on my bulky winter coat, the gloves barely fit over the jacket. I often end up with one glove on properly and the second one sort of half way done up. The men's gloves have enormous, wide open cuffs and it bothers me to no end that the cuffs on my gloves are so small. Perhaps Gerbing thought women would want more stylish looking cuffs, but I can assure you, the last thing on my mind at 80 mph in 25 degree weather is style.
Would I recommend them? Eh. I guess, but only because there's really not a whole lot else to choose from.
