I bought these gloves because I was taking an October trip around Lake Michigan and don't like stopping to put on "over gloves" when it rains. I also wanted a glove that could operate in a large temperature band.
The trip was about 1000 miles in three days. Initially, the fit was tight. After about 300-400 miles the gloves were broken in and very comfortable. Perfect fit for my hand, true to size. The first day on the trip it was around 60 degrees , at times with hard rain. The gloves kept my hands warm and dry. The second day was sunny and 70 degrees and the gloves worked very well. The temperature on the last day of the trip ranged from 33 degrees to around a high of 40. At 33 degrees with heated grips the gloves were fine. For my hands, I don't think they would be warm enough at sub 35 degrees without heated grips but can't say for sure.
The fit, finish and features are outstanding and I would highly recommend these gloves.

Tightness

Recevied these gloves today. They fit great in the knuckles but the pinky has some pressure in the second joint and the thump does not have that great of movement. I know that all my other leather gloves have streched and formed to my hands. Will these do the same? Lot of money to spend on a glove that will not form fit.
I just ordered the gloves and had similar concerns and debated about a larger size. Out of the box, the base of the thumb was too tight and the rest of the glove was just a bit too tight. After 300-400 miles, I found that the gloves loosened up just a little and now fit my hand perfectly.
