This is my second one. The first one I bought a year ago and could not get to work, so I returned it. Thought I'd give it another try and this one works perfectly with my Gerbings heated gear. Fewer wires to deal with and can put in a place that makes it easy to see and operate.. Well worth the price. Very happy with it.

Goretex for water & wind protection is just what I was looking for. Knee protection fits perfectly when in riding position and does not sag when standing & walking. I am slim and the legs are perfect. So far have ridden in mid 30"s and have been very comfortable with thermals underneath. Great pants.

Rokker Black Jacket The Rokker Black Jakket is a classic, slim fitting jean jacket with a waterproof zipper and D3O armor. The D30 CE certified protectors provide maximum comfort through their softness and flexibility, but when impacted at high speeds D3O displays excellent shock absorption as the intelligent molecules inside lock together, spreading the force over the whole pad. The Rokker Black Jakket is made from 100 Schoeller-Dynatec for maximum abrasion protection, as well as wind and water resistance. Features Made of 100 Schoeller-Dynatec which is non abrasive, wind resistant, and water repellent coldblack finishing technology which reflects heat and UV-rays NanoSphere finishing technology that increases the water and dirt repelling properties Protector pockets on shoulders, elbows and back made from of 100 Schoeller-Dynatec Includes removable D3O-protection in back, shoulders and elbows Easy care (washable at 40, ironing after the wash improves the water repellency) Integrated leash to attach to pants Two side pockets with waterproof zippers and two large inside pockets Note RevZilla finds the Black Jacket to fit quite large, we recommend ordering one full size to one and one half size smaller than you would typically wear.

Finally an off the rack jacket that fits. I'm 6'3", 205lbs. It is next to impossible to find a good fitting jacket with long enough sleeves. This one is perfect. Have worn it casually, but not on the bike yet. Appears to be waterproof (water beads up on it}. Cannot vouch for high tech climate control properties, but I was warm at 50 and not hot at 65. Although it is expensive for a non-leather jacket, I am happy with it and would buy it again.

Finally found a DOT helmet that fits and feels good. Much better for me than the Bell Custom 500. Did not want a bunch of expensive features. I put a 3 snap bubble face shield on it to make it perfect. I've had 5 other helmets in the past 3 years. This one is a keeper. The others are on eBay.

Kept me warm at 80-90 MPH in 23 degree weather for one hour on the super slab. Then switched to back roads in temps. 30-40 for the rest of the day. Nice and warm all day. Used with dual temp. controller in combo with heated socks, pants liner and gloves. Perfect.

This is an on/off switch. I carry it as backup in case my dual controller or PDU in the jacket liner fails. Actually the liner PDU did fail, so I used it to operate the gloves while the liner is being sent back under warranty. You can hook up your dual controller directly to your gloves and another article directly, but if that fails, I will still have on - off heat using the switch and a "Y" connector.

I bought this with the matching pants, Just rode in 95-98 deg. weather and both garments flow air very well. However, I was not appreciable cooler than in a non mesh garment. Probably the hot air flowing in. When you are not moving, you are going to be hot no matter what you're wearing. I still give it four stars because the garments live up to their claims. Fit and style are terrific. I am not sure the safety pads would stay in place in a get off because I do not think the mesh would be strong enough. These 2 items will probably not see much use, as I feel just as comfortable in vented leather and a little safer. I've purchased a lot of riding gear (too much), not everything is perfect.
