This is my second Klim jacket. The first one I did not like the horizontal vent in the back and armpit vents because I could not safely open & close while on the bike. This one solved that problem with vertical side vents. Unfortunately the sleeves were about 1-1/2 inches too short as with the first Klim I bought.( I need 36" sleeves). Should not have purchased, but could not overcome the temptations of high quality, functionality and gore tex. Both are great jackets, just not for me because of sleeve length.

I got this to keep me warm in cold weather. This is not nearly as good as my Dainese windstiopper with fleece or my fleece collar. Well, you can't win them all. Would probably be better in 50 degree plus range.

I bought these boots to keep my feet warm and in 30 degree temps. they did the job. The fit is great because they lace up and fit snugly against my leg. Cannot vouch for water proofness, but did not buy for that reason. Break-in is minimal.

This is my second one. The first one I bought a year ago and could not get to work, so I returned it. Thought I'd give it another try and this one works perfectly with my Gerbings heated gear. Fewer wires to deal with and can put in a place that makes it easy to see and operate.. Well worth the price. Very happy with it.

Goretex for water & wind protection is just what I was looking for. Knee protection fits perfectly when in riding position and does not sag when standing & walking. I am slim and the legs are perfect. So far have ridden in mid 30"s and have been very comfortable with thermals underneath. Great pants.

Rokker Black Jacket The Rokker Black Jakket is a classic, slim fitting jean jacket with a waterproof zipper and D3O armor. The D30 CE certified protectors provide maximum comfort through their softness and flexibility, but when impacted at high speeds D3O displays excellent shock absorption as the intelligent molecules inside lock together, spreading the force over the whole pad. Finally an off the rack jacket that fits. I'm 6'3", 205lbs. It is next to impossible to find a good fitting jacket with long enough sleeves. This one is perfect. Have worn it casually, but not on the bike yet. Appears to be waterproof (water beads up on it}. Cannot vouch for high tech climate control properties, but I was warm at 50 and not hot at 65. Although it is expensive for a non-leather jacket, I am happy with it and would buy it again.

Biltwell Bonanza Helmet - Solid Biltwell has attacked the status quo with a line of DOT-approved open-face helmets in a whole new range of tough-looking paint finishes. There's a Biltwell Bonanza helmet to fit everyone's individual head and style. This leaner, lighter and even more comfortable DOT-approved 3/4 lid boasts the same hand-painted finishes as Biltwell's other lids on an even lower-profile molded ABS shell. The Bonanza's interior boasts a custom-shaped EPS safety shell and a hand-stitched removable liner with moisture wicking brushed Lycra panels and open-cell foam padding for breathability and comfort. The rugged nylon neck strap features plated steel D-rings and a snap strap end retainer with Biltwell anvil branding. Bubble Shield available, sold separately.

Finally found a DOT helmet that fits and feels good. Much better for me than the Bell Custom 500. Did not want a bunch of expensive features. I put a 3 snap bubble face shield on it to make it perfect. I've had 5 other helmets in the past 3 years. This one is a keeper. The others are on eBay.

Biltwell Gringo Helmet When it comes to retro or vintage bikes it is always important to have your gear match the vibe of your ride and for many years that meant wearing either an open face helmet or putting on a crusty old Bell Star or Buco Allsport if you wanted a fullface helmet that looked the part. Well, thanks to the wonderful folks over at Biltwell, the Gringo is here to wrap your head in a combination of old school style and modern safety. The DOT certified Gringo helmet is built to suit the needs of contemporary riders, with a beautifully crafted diamond stitched removable liner, an eyeport that accepts pretty much any type of goggle you could want to wear, as well as 5 snaps that work with any universal 3-snap shield, Biltwells own Bubble shield or their 5-snap Blast shield . So next time you hop on your chop or throw a leg over your Laverda leave that vintage helmet on the shelf where it belongs and grab a Gringo. Features 5 snaps to accommodate flat or bubble face shield Eyeport accepts many dirt or street goggles DOT Approved Bubble Shield and Goggles sold separately Removable liner What else do you need
