these shoes are great. very stylish with excellent protection and comfort. they do run a bit small and are on the narrow side. i wear a mens 11 US, and ordered a 44 which were too tight all around. i exchanged them for a 45 and now they are perfect. they are a little warm, but i think that is expected given that they are waterproof. they are worth every penny!

these gloves are wonderful. they have great protection and are warm enough in 60 degree weather, yet have excellent mobility. and, of course, they are beautiful.
i have very long fingers and probably needed an XL (which is not available) so i took a risk and ordered a size large. the tips of my fingers hit the ends of the gloves a bit. however, they are still comfortable because the leather is so forgiving. if i keep the tightening strap around my wrists loose, the gloves are able to move more, so pull less on my finger tips.

these protective pro shorts are great. fit well under my tex lady drake pants. the shorts material is mesh/fish net - so best to wear boxer briefs or spandex underneath, but the breathable material helps you stay cool. the hard pads on the hips are excellent and cool with the perforation. the soft pad over the coccyx feels sturdy yet does not dig. therefore, they are surprisingly comfortable as well, barely feel them while riding or walking around.
i ride a standard bike (triumph bonneville), and my bf rides a sport bike (triumph street triple), so he purchased the dainese hard shorts. the main difference between the hard shorts and the pro shorts is the coccyx/tail bone protection. in these shorts, the protective pad has a hard shell, whereas the pro shorts have a soft shell over the coccyx padding. the hard shorts are good if riding in a more aggressive position, but are not comfortable when sitting upright on a standard bike, since the hard plate digs into your behind and lower back. the pro shorts are fine when sitting upright since the coccyx padding is softer - i don't feel it at all. the other difference is in the waist and thigh band: the hard shorts have a silicone rubber thigh band which the pro shorts do not have. the mesh lyrca is basically the same.
i wear a ladies pant size 10/12 and i have thick legs. i purchased the mens size L because the thigh bands on the size M were too tight around my legs. either would have been ok, but the large shorts are more comfortable and still do not slide around. i do have to wear pants that are slightly loose without the shorts, but they fit perfectly together.

these pants are great. they look beautiful. the fabric moves well, almost stretch, so very comfortable. i am a women's US size 10/12, 5'9" 160lbs with long and rather big/thick legs from bike riding and playing volleyball for years. i purchased the drakes in a euro size 50 which fit well in the legs, but are large in the waist. it would have been nice to have belt loops because the waist adjustment was not enough and they were still slipping down. i also have a pair of dainese yamato pants in a 48 which are also great. they fit like a glove but, the fabric is not as forgiving, so they feel a bit snug sitting on the bike. (48 drake would probably be the perfect fit). the yamato pants also have a larger waist. i wear suspenders with both so they don't sag down while riding.
the knee/shin protection is great. in the size 50, the gaurds sit a bit low while standing or walking but are fine while sitting on the bike. neither pair of pants have hip protection or a sleeve to put protective pads inside (one other feature that i feel is missing - this is why i only give 4 stars in features and protection). since the drake size 50 are a bit big, i am able to use the dianese pro shorts underneath for extra protection. btw, the shorts are great too. very comfortable and cool. the pants and shorts together are a great pair.
finally, i also have the dainese g. shotgun tex lady jacket in a size 48. it is great: cool, beautiful, with excellent protection. this jacket and the lady drake pants are the same textile fabric in the same color. they zip together as well. these actually are truly the perfect pair.

Sidi Canyon Gore-Tex Boots Features Top grain leather construction Contrasting texture upper Equipped with a GORE-TEX waterproof-breathable membrane Velcro closure system above the ankle Micro adjustable strap system below the ankle Full length inner gaiter Rigid nylon innersole Removable arch support Internal heel protection Internal ankle protection Internal toe protection Leather toe shift-brake pad Nylon plate and internally padded shin plate Double stitched in all high stress areas Reflective panels Bonded non-slip lug type sole Non-Bootie Designs Sidi boots do not incorporate inner booties into their design, and for good reason. Booties make the design larger and cumbersome add to the boots thickness, which interferes with shifting, plus the inner booties retain body heat affecting the riders performance and comfort. Gore-Tex Striving for peak performance Whether its a day on a wet track, a long distance tour through all types of conditions, or simply pursuing your everyday adventures, Sidi GORE-TEX lined boots will help you get there. Designed to provide comfort and protection, Sidi GORE-TEX boots keep your feet dry, even when you encounter snow, or rain. Each Sidi GORE-TEX boot is totally waterproof to keep moisture from penetrating inside, yet incredibly breathable to allow sweat to escape. This high breathability is critical to your comfort because, simply put, sweaty feet are uncomfortable feet. Inside waterproof boots that are not breathable, moisture builds up and has nowhere to go. It then remains trapped against your skin, leaving your feet clammy, uncomfortable, and more prone to develop blisters. This can be even more of a problem in high aerobic activities because the more active you are, the more your feet sweat were talking up to one full cup of water a day! Sidis GORE-TEX lined boots is specifically designed to provide comfort and protection on a hard ride or for longer rides when the weather is warmer. The patented GORE-TEX membrane is where it all starts. Nestled between the boots outer top grain leather and the inner liner, this membrane keeps water out while letting your perspiration vapor escape. As part of Sidis waterproof guarantee, EVERY boot produced is tested for waterproofness and breathability. And, to make sure the whole boot breathes the way it should, all leather and other textile materials used to construct Sidi GORE-TEX boots are tested for breathability as well. So go on take that extra step. Take it in total comfort because youre wearing Sidi GORE-TEX boots!

these boots are excellent overall, comfortable and very stylish with great protection. no complaints at all.
the one thing i would have preferred is if they had a clutch lever pad/protection, although there is no noticeable wear after ~200 miles of use.

these boots are stylish, extremely comfortable yet still feel sturdy and have great protection. they are very light weight and well ventilated. excellent for the summer. i imagine they will be too cold for the cooler weather. i wore them all day on and off the bike and my feet were comfortable and stayed dry.
