My first pair of proper riding boots and I'm very satisfied. The fit is definitely at least one size large. I wear a 10.5 shoe, and a 44 in SIDI's cycle shoes is perfect for me. On these boots I had to go all the way down to a 42 to eliminate the extra room. That being said, the fit is great now. They seem top notch thus far!!

What is the equivalent to size 42 European ( 8 OR 9 ?) Gaerne boots

I can't compare it to another boot's fit but I can say without a doubt that it's not a 42 euro. I have a legit size 44 euro / 10.5 US foot and I had to go down to a 42 in these.
