extreme harness flite vs. pro sub-4 with chest protector

Would you recommend this extreme harness flite or the pro sub-4 with the chest protector added onto it? I only ask in terms of ease to put on and the inherent protection they offer. I'm by no means a racer; I'm just starting to get into track days, so I'm starting at the very bottom, but at the same time, I've been down before, and it wasn't pretty, so I want the best protection possible because it only takes 1 incident to change your life forever. But with that said, I also want it to be comfortable because if it's not, I'm not going to want to wear it, so how does this harness with the L2 back protector built into the harness compare to the sub-4 with the chest protector added to it?
