These boots were very comfortable right off. Have not had a chance to wear on the bike due to weather, but boots seem to have the flex to be comfortable. My other wp boots are a D brand from Italy but much higher boot. How cool these boots are in summer are yet to been seen, but for travel I like something that is wp just in case it rains. For instant comfort and very little break in, I would rate these very high.

Finally got my Alphas after being back ordered. Have a pair of Dianese Naked shoes and like the comfort of them, but they are not for cooler or wet weather. The Alpha will work. Got to wear them this weekend and were great on the bike and very acceptable off the bike. I have a narrow ankle and almost require a lacing boot and these work great since I can tighten them for comfort. I have to be able to wear off the bike cormfortably. The sole is great on the bike and since there are no cleats, they do not lock in the rubber buttons on my pegs. A mite stiff off the bike but good feel shifting and braking. Do not know how they will be when it gets hot, have only been in 50-60 right now. Attached pic you can see the red stripe on the side. I would get them again.

Have used a pair of short boots for the last 10 years and were okay for riding, but not so much for walking. The Dyno's are much better for walking after getting off the bike. First ride in the 60 degrees and I could notice the cool breeze coming through the ventilation strip. Should work well in the warmer weather. Not really for wet riding. Well made and the fit was perfect size from my previous boots. The speed laces are great, but takes getting used to undoing if laced tightly. For walking they need to be laced tightly since the inside is very smooth so a small amount of heel movement happens unless tightened up. Thicker socks work better.
I very much dislike shoes that are uncomfortable or need to be "broken" in. These felt good after two laps around the livingroom.
They do look great, Very impressed with high quality. I will probably consider the Dianese WP boots for future purchase.

Replacing Nolan N-41 which I have been very happy with, but unable to get a replacement liner. I liked the visor above the shield on that one and the N-43 can use either the visor or the shield and not both. Have been riding mostly with the shield up and gunfighter down giving me protection looking over the top of my windshield. Gunfighter pops out or retracts easily. Rides pretty well with the shield up unless I turn my head, nice to be able to put the shield down if the weather changes suddenly. Switched to Visor now and like the idea of versitility. Not using the chin bar due to wearing glasses and cannot put the helmet on while wearing them with chinbar on. Snug fit so I cannot put glasses on after. Have the N-com installed and integrates well with the helmet

A week after installing and setting up through my Zumo 660, I went through a downpour storm and the bluetooth continued to work. Standing along the roadside, with trucks going by, I could still make and rcv phone calls. Battery was still good after one 14 hour day of riding. When the sun was glaring on the gps screen, I could still hear even with earplugs. With earplugs, I have to make sure the volume is turned up. It does seem to default to a lower volume and that is the only fault I can find except price. The helmet liner was more difficult to get back in than installation of the basic kit and N-com. I believe Nolan has done well.

Yes, they are speed laces. Easily adjusted and tightened. Have no idea of longevity or durability.
