The Shark helmet is a great purchase. I find it fits true to Revzilla's guide lines and is actually quieter than the replaced helmet. I love the Shark features, fit and feel. I sit behind a large windscreen, so, it is hard to tell how well the air flows. I had a friend test the helmet on a go-fast and he liked the balance and fit very much and commented on it's aerodynamics. I also purchased the Shark bluetooth and found the voice quality excellent, but found it hard to hear at high speed; however, this may be a poorly placed speaker.

This is a fantastic helmet. I find it comfortable, snug, but true to fit, and quiet. Yet, I sit behind a big windscreen, so I had my buddy on a "Go-fast" take the helmet for a spin. He liked the helmet as well and believed the helmet was well balanced and quieter than his current helmet. We both like riding the ability to ride with an open face shield in town on those extremely hot days, but easily transition to a closed face shield in seconds. I also purchased the bluetooth with this helmet. It works great and voice quality is excellent.

I originally though the 30 day pack was bigger. It is big enough to hold most items from my suit case, minus the shoes. The pack is well constructed and keeps your clothes dry. The straps that come with the bag for mounting are functional, but I needed another / additional strap to securely mount the back on the luggage rack of the Goldwing.

What is the shape of this helmet if you were to use the Arai size chart?
Oval? intermediate oval? long oval?
The Evoline is a medium oval fit. Go with Revzilla's suggestions for the fit chart. I took their suggestions and have not had a problem.

How well does the helmet seal against wind and noise when in the full face position
with the visor sealing on a retractable chin bar, does the visor make a good air tight seal?
if your speaking of the shark helmet, it seals well. I ride behind a big windscreen, so I wanted to know how well the helmet performs on a go-fast. I asked a friend who rides a Honda 600. He like the Shark and thought it was well balanced and handled the wind better than his helmet. (his helmet is also a well known, high-end helmet).
I usually keep the shield up when riding this last summer, because it was just too hot. However, I too was concerned with the seal of the shield, which I found to fit well, and was of better quality than the helmet I replaced. I have now replaced both of my older helmets with Shark Helmets. I like them and feel they are worth the money.

how well does this system work with an iphone (4) - explain calling - music and answering a call - GPS
is there a gps program that does turn by turn that works with the sharktooth set also.

I use a droid phone and had no problem answering the phone or making a call. Answering the phone or voice dialing is as easy as pushing a button. When you receive a call, just touch the Shark bluetooth button and talk: hangup the same way. When you want to make a call, just touch the shark bluetooth button and say a name. The phone, if it recognizes the name, dials the number.
My Shark bluetooth works with my Garmen 665, which gives me a turn by turn instructions. However, my 665 is mounted on the bike, so I can also look at the intersection or GPS and read the upcoming directions: I prefer not to listen to turn by turn.
I did not have success using the Droid phone and GPS together. I have at least two ways to set up my phone via bluetooth. I have not experimented with the different ways to find the best combination at this time. On my last 4000 mile trip, I used my phone only with Shark bluetooth. I ride a goldwing, so GPS was mounted infront of me.

How is the fit of Sharktooth inside the Evoline Evolution helmet?
The Evolution came out just before the ST model, it is also a modular. Do you know how well the sharktooth will fit inside the Evoline Evolution?
The fit was okay. The biggest challenge I had was fitting the ear pieces in the right place so I could properly hear. The ear pieces could be placed deeper in the helmet, because I have some ear soreness after five or six hours or riding, because the left side was slightly touching my ear. I think with more time, I could make the fit better.

helmet interchangeability?
I have 3 helmets that I use. Can I use this device on different helmets? If so, is interchangeability simple?
The Shark bluetooth is made to mount in one helmet. I suppose you could move the bluetooth from helmet to helmet if; each helmet was made fit the bluetooth device and your willing to deal with re-adhering the shark bluetooth button every time you moved the helmet.

if you can and wish to run the charging cord form the battery to an outlet on the bike, the answer is no.

How Do You Install the Battery?
I received my Sharktooth Bluetooth from Revzilla to use with my Shark Evoline ST 2 Wayer I ordered several months ago, also from Revzilla. The instructions that came with the Sharktooth say (and show a picture) to install the battery in the "pocket" at the rear of the helmet. There is no pocket as shown on my Wayer, neither in the neckpad or the padding underneath. When I remove both the neckpad and the under-liner, there is the helmet shell with no apparant "indentation" or anything that indicates the battery should go "here". The Sharktooth came with a small rectangular one-sided "sticky pad" which I'm guessing is used to mount the battery, but the instructions don't even mention the pad or what it is for. I've never installed a helmet comm system before. Looks easy enough...once I get the battery in place. So...how do you "mount" the battery in the rear of the Shark Evoline ST 2 Wayer without having the "pocket" as shown in the instructions? Thanks for any guidance.
The pocket (space) is located between the helmat shell and inner liner. When you place the battery inside, make sure it slides in sideways, otherwise it will not fit correctly. You can find the pocket at the rear of the helmet by removing the neck protector. Place the battery in longways with the wires of the battery pointing to your Shark bluetooth button. If you don't install the battery correctly, the neck protector will not install correctly.

What size capacity?
I'm torn between the 20L and the 30L Kriega bags. I know that I could always go larger with the buckle system, but the 20L seems perfect for day-to-day use. My question is- in your opinion- could I say, fit a 12 pack of beer and a pair of shoes in the 20L? If not, I will go with the 30L. Also, can I strap the 30L bag vertically so it doesn't hang over the side?
I purchased the 30L and it is big enough. I can hold almost all of my clothes from large suit case in the bag, but I cannot fit my shoes. However, I ride a goldwing, so I have the space for my shoes. I believe you can fit a 12 pack of bear (cans) in the the 30L. Strapping the back vertically will not be a problem: however, the you need a road map to work the straps on this bag. I use the strap provided, but then use a separate strap for additional security. The problem for me is securing the bag to a luggage rack of my goldwing.
