I have this installed on my Shoei Neotec and it works great for voice communication. My friend and I used it on a 400 mile ride and it worked great allowing us to communicate easily. Install was easily accomplished on both my Neotec and his Bell RS1. Pairing it to my Android device was easy. Listening to blue tooth music from the phone is real nice as well and allows another option other than plugging in my mp3 player. The speakers are just enough with ear plugs in and could benefit from having the volume go up to 11. My only real knock on these is the lack of bass when listening to music. Bass is pretty much non existent. I think that is because the speakers were designed to perform best for the human voice and not music. Voice is crystal clear even when going 70 mph down the freeway so the Sena performs it's main purpose flawlessly. Switching between intercom, phone and mp3 is a simple tap on the jog dial and the controls are intuitive. I will probably get the headphone adapter and see if it improves the bass and music replay over the default speakers. Overall I would highly recommend the Sena.
