I bought these shorty boot's because I needed ankle protection and regular boots were not fitting my large calves. They fit quite well out of the box. I only needed longer straps for the upper straps. When I got those installed, I had more adjustment to work with. My first time out with the boots was incredible. I really didn't need to break them in, although I did give them a generous layer of saddle soap a couple of days prior. My first ride included a water crossing and my feet stayed dry! I haven't tested them while standing in moving water, one would expect them to leak a little....Overall I would recommend these boots for any Dualsport rider looking for those perfect riding boots. The toe box doesn't interfere with shifting, I didn't even think about it after the first mile. My feet were comfortable the whole ride, 150 miles in four hours, with hot triple digit weather. Lastly, the buckle system works extremely well, no pinching or loose fit, nice and snug. Easy on and off with great styling to boot!!!

The first time I put on this helmet it seemed snug, but now after riding it a few times it feels great and fits better. I especially like the clarity of the lens. Its field of view is impressive as well. You can see your instrument cluster without tilting your head forward. Awesome view!! I rode this last weekend with temperatures in the triple digits, and I never felt hot in the helmet. My co-rider noticed I wasn't sweating much at all!! He wanted to know if Revzilla was the maker of the helmet, ( I put a Revzilla sticker in the back of the helmet), I said no, AFX is the brand and Revzilla is my dealer. Thanks Revzilla and AFX, for great service and products. HH

How will a Joe Rocket RKT Hybrid helmet fit compared to HJC helmets?
I presently am wearing an HJC CL15 size Small, which is one of the best fits I've ever had. I also wore an older HJC MX helmet also a Small (about 12 years old, I think it was a CX13 or something like that) which was a decent fit as well. How will the RKT Hybrid compare in fit?
I believe HJC is the maker for Joe Rocket Hybrids. Your fitment should be the same.
