Purchased this after doing a good bit of research for a pant that was stylish, and would work as a regular pant, instead of the traditional bulky over pant.
Pros:
-Stylish
-Close fitting/European cut
-Comfortable enough to be worn by itself
-Three separate layers gives it the weather-specificity of a 4 season
-
Cons:
-Armor doesn't seem high quality
Overall, I really like these pants. For wearing all day at school and still being protective enough for Oregon wet seasons is all I had hoped for, and they live up to it.
Rides: 2002 Suzuki GSX-R600
Yes, I recommend this product.

Pros:
Gloves fit snug and comfortably. Armor coverage hits all the right places.
Cons:
Plastic on gauntlet is not pre-contoured to the circular shape it will have when in use, seems like the stitching could come loose eventually.
These gloves initially caught my eye based on the styling and armor it had, and is quite adequate in its protection. It fits well to my size small hands, without needing any break in, and the leather inside is comfortable. These are not all weather gloves, and are not waterproof by any means. That said, the perforation along the fingers works well for high temps, though the back of hand could use some vents as well. there is single stitching throughout, which makes me worry it will eventually come undone. That said, still an excellent glove all around.
Yes, I recommend this product.

on the sand pants, is there a separate liner for waterproof or should they be waterproof on there own?

Their second liner is the waterproof one (third being the insulation liner), and the base pant itself is not fully waterproof.

Can these pants be put on and taken off over your street clothes and riding boots?

These pants can be worn over street clothes, so long as you get the right size (they run slightly small, so if you are a 30 waist, get a medium/large ect.) As for being able to remove these pants once you reach your destination, you will probably need to remove boots. The leg zipper is only ankle-length, making regular size boots very hard to pull through the rest of the pant.

Too long or too short?

Is it better to go too long or too short? The short seem just fine as I'm standing but too short when I'm mounted [well above my ankle]. The regular seem long as I'm standing but right when I'm sitting on a bike [at my ankle]. What is the proper length for a motorcycle pant?
As a sportbike rider, I find longer is generally preferred. When you're on your bike, and the weather is colder/wet you will not want pants that rider higher than the mid length of your boot. When off the bike, a proper set of boots will generally keep longer pants from going too low or looking dorky. Its a good idea to look at a pant and see if there are cinches/velcroc at the ankle, and you're in good shape if it does.
