I got this on clearance, so the bang for the buck can not be beat. I am 6'4", and 205 pounds, so standing straight up the sleeves were a little short, but still able to be covered by my gloves. In a riding position it was much more comfortable and fit much better, like with any one piece suit. The chest area was not overly big, but worked out perfectly as the addition of a backprotector took up any extra slack. There is pretty good air flow through the upper body and groin areas. The quality of this suit is well worth the original price, so seeing this on clearance I knew I had to get it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Alpinestars S-MX1 Boots A complete revamp of its predecessor, the Alpinestars S-MX 1 Boot is low profile, comfortable, and fuctional with a refreshed style in both black and white. It also has a toe slider, velcro adjustment strap and a styled TPU shift pad. This shoe will go up against any of the other sport riding shoes and boots in the 100 to 200 range. Look for the S-MX 1 Riding Shoes to be a perennial favorite for the casual enthusiast and hard core sport riders. Features Upper constructed from lightweight microfiber Breathable mesh inserts and perforated side panel for enhanced ventilation Foam backed, double density ankle protector on the medial side Reinforced toebox layered under the microfiber upper Plush 3D mesh inner liner Combination zipper and Velcro strap closure system Outsole constructed with the same advanced rubber compound as the S-MX 5 Boot External TPU protection on the outer ankle External TPU shift pad, slider and heel counter Integrated shank in the sole for extra rigidity Anatomically profiled EVA foam footbed.

What is the difference in Alpinestar S-MX1 vs S-MX2 height?

I am looking for something to use as a daily ride so do not want a full length boot. I also want something that will be tall enough to tuck my leathers into during recreational track days. Will the S-MX1 boot be tall enough to tuck leathers into or would I need to go to the taller S-MX2?
