(Quick-Release Self-Adjusting) base plate allows for tool-less shield removal and installation. The spring-loaded base plate (U.S. patent pending 11/799935) pullsthe shield back to contact the window beading evenly and ensures a proper seal The CW-1, three-dimensionally curved shield is both wider and taller than the CX-1V it replaces Scratch-resistant coating 99.9 protection from harmful UV A and B rays A pre-set lever can easily lock the shield in place to prevent the shield from opening unexpectedly, as well as prop the shield open to increase airflow Note Due to manufacturer restrictions, Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States

The shield looks nice and reduces a lot of glare, but heaven help you if you or some rock nick it because the coating comes off rather easily and then you are left with an annoying non-mirrored area on your shield.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Love the styling and fit. Could use a couple of vents, though.

The styling and fit of this jacket are wonderful. Just enough hip flare to make it comfortable. The only drawback is that it could use some front vents. Good value for the price.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Is this good for weath that range from 50-95 degrees?

I live in upper state ny and the look of this jacket caught my eye. I'm looking at this and the turmac revi it but leaning to this because of price and the 3 season the video speaks about but i leave 5am where its 50 degrees and then when i ride back around 3pm its around 80 to upper 90s.
You can always layer with UnderArmor for the morning part of your commute. I went out yesterday as a passenger in 95 degrees. Because the driver blocks much of the wind I got a bit warm, but nothing to write home about. I really like this jacket and would recommend it.
