I bought one size larger because of liner. Had to send back and get same size as my jeans. The liner only goes 3/4 way down leg. The inseam is long - I fold up cuff when off bike so I don't walk on them. No cuff adjustment even though description said could adjust ankle. They fit nice, just like jeans. I wore them yesterday in 35 degree weather with liner and long underwear and was very comfortable. Anxious to wear in rain and see if really waterproof. Sure hope so.
