TCX Infinity GTX Boot As close to perfect as it gets, the TCX Infinity Gore-Tex Boot has been a staple of the TCX line up for years. This boot was inspired by famed TCX riders Cyril Despres and Marc Coma for adventure touring. A full grain leather upper with Gore-Tex lining provide unrivaled comfort and durability. This boot has been an editor pick since the beginning. Comfort Fit System (CFS) TCX products in the Touring Range are manufactured using techniques that ensure a high quality fit the Comfort Fit System (form moulding), through which the upper is shaped on a mould that reproduces the anatomy of the human foot. The Touring Range is therefore extremely versatile and high quality, with high tech products that can also be used casually and in the city. Full Grain Leather The uppers of the TCX Touring range are made using full grain leather. This is the most valuable part of the leather, which is specially treated and rendered waterproof. The result is an upper in a natural material that gives exceptional performance in terms of protection from atmospheric agents, breathability and fit. Gore-Tex Membrane The application of the Gore-tex membrane offers an optimal combination of breathability and insulation, granting the feet to stay warm and dry, never sweaty even in extreme conditions. The durable waterproof protection stops moisture from seeping in. I wear a size 11 but at the time I bought this boot (mid 2013), the sizing was 45/46, which is on the big side for me so i wear a larger sock. Front to back, they fit pretty true to size but they're huge in the upper foot area with just too much extra material for my less bulky feet. I'm taken a few falls and the boots can certainly take a beating, but there's not enough support for me in the outer ankle area. Some of the weight of my GS was on my foot and the material is very soft so it just pushes in on the foot. I'm going with more of a motocross boot (EVO 1.1 Pro) this time for the sole (no pun intended) reason of having more foot protection.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Shoei Neotec Modular Helmet Evolving on previous designs, Shoei has revamped its modular helmet style with a streamlined and attractively sculpted shape that conveys the feel of freely moving through the outdoors in the Neotec Modular Helmet. Overall shell size is kept compact by incorporating the internal sun visors open/close mechanism inside all ventilation mechanisms are shaped and positioned in such a way as to reduce any possible drag. A redesigned aerodynamic spoiler also helps to cut lift, reducing neck strain on long, cross country rides. In the Shoei Neotec all these features combine to create a premium helmet that excels in appearance, protection, comfort and performance. The Shoei Neotec Helmet's chin bar is connected to the same axis point and mechanism as its shield, minimizing extra parts. This also enables simultaneous closing of the shield with the chin bar, which is then held in place with an easy-open lock release button. The shield lock system offers secure closure or the ability to keep the shield slightly open to allow for increased airflow. With the Shoei Neotec Helmet, Shoei now includes a built-in sun shield, the QSV-1. The visor tucks neatly away beneath a non-intrusive shell built into the helmets liner, and can be lowered with the easy control of a sliding button. Shoei Neotec Helmet Features Face Shield Features Easily operable lever mechanism Anti-fog, anti-scratch, 99 UV blocking New Pinlock-ready CNS-1 faceshield Wider and taller than the CX-1V that it replaces Includes Pinlock insert 3D injection molding process ensures a distortion-free view Improved Ventilation and Aerodynamics Newly designed vortex generators pull air through helmet 276 more airflow than Multitec Added inlets and outlets Vents are flush against helmet to maintain aerodynamics 5-Ply Shock-Absorbing Fiber Shell 3 shell sizes AIM Multi-Composite construction Lightweight yet strong Shell-integrated spoiler reduces lift and drag during high-speed riding Dual EPS Liner Multi-density EPS for optimal protection Two vents funnel fresh air through the EPS liner Dual liner channels route and disperse air evenly throughout the helmet EPS liner in chin bar All new interior Fully removable 3D interior liner Top center pad is removable and washable Improved cheekpad design allows better fit with eyeglasses Included chin curtain can be inserted into the chin bar to reduce turbulence and noise All Neotec Helmets sold in the US have a double D-ring closure Note Due to manufacturer restrictions, Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States

I bought the Neotec because I wanted a modular helmet, and one on which I could mount my Sena SMH10 communication system. The mount was pretty simple and works great. I was in between a medium and a large and bought the large. I usually wear a buff underneath, which helps give it a perfect fit. Took it on an 800 mile roundtrip and had no issues. The modular face and sliding sunshade make it my ideal helmet. There's also more cushion than I've ever had in a helmet. My other helmet is an Arai XD4, which I still use for adventures that include a lot of off-road riding.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This bag seems custom made for the space where the pinion seat mounts, when that seat is removed on my GS, fitting in perfectly. That's how I use the bag. Very large when expanded. No complaints other than would love for it to be waterproof w/o having to use the raincover. In the photo, my seat is off the bike as I'm charging the battery.
Yes, I recommend this product.

 REV'IT! Dragon Jacket (4XL)
REV'IT! Dragon Jacket (4XL)
A removable lining is not unique. But a removable lining that looks like a stylish jacket on its own is. The DRAGON offers that and more as a true example of a four-season textile jacket, with all the advantages of the REVIT! 3-layer integrated system. This makes it perfect for a variety of climates and weather conditions and a great 4-season jacket choice. This jacket will zip with any current model men's REV'IT Pant but feature-wise the Dragon Jacket matches up most closely with the REV'IT Sand Pants. It's a great jacket, but I've only used it on a couple trips in dry weather. The only problems I have is the sleeves are shorter than any bike jacket I've ever had for the size so when it's cold or raining, you need a substantial glove that goes up high over your wrist. Other problem is the liner is not the type that you'll want to wear on its own like First Gear or Fieldsheer jackets, which in fact have great liners that can be worn as jackets. When I tour with this jacket, I will need to bring another jacket for off the bike wearing. I was pretty suprised they adverstised it so falsely, especially in comparison to other brands. But overall, the jacket is very cool, looks great and seems like it will be good in temps from 70's down to 20's. I'm 5'10", 170, and went with the medium. It fits perfect except for the arm lenghth. I wear it with the Revit Sand pants.
Yes, I recommend this product.
