I have several jackets at this point (Rev'it, Corrazo, Fieldsheer, primarily). Finding a great armored jacket seems like looking for the holy grail. But this jacket may be it. Top quality materials and construction. Great 3-in-1 system (wear it as a mesh, with the waterproof/windproof liner and/or the thermal liner). The three pieces go together and come apart in slick fashion. The jacket is very good looking. I got the Hi-Viz, and it is great. The armor in the shoulders, elbows, and back is top quality stuff, not any wimpy foam. Finally, this jacket fits. Really fits. I usually wear about a 10, sometimes an 8, but an 8 is often a bit snug. I got a medium and it is perfect. And it fits everywhere. Sleeve length is right; shoulders are right; chest is right; fit around hips and waist (which have good adjustability) is right. Neck is the right height and is comfortable (not slightly scratchy, like others of my jackets). For what you get, in terms of quality, fit, and function, this jacket is well worth what it costs. Heck, it's worth more. I don't post a lot of reviews, but I like this jacket well enough that I wanted to let others know my experience.
This mesh jacket is a great value and a very good product. In warm weather, the mesh makes me feel as though I am riding in a t-shirt, but with the protection of the mesh and the armor. Fit was right on -- I am a woman's medium, and wear 8s and 10s, just depending on brand and cut. I ordered a 10. It was a bit too big. So I exchanged it for an 8, which is perfect. The only thing that could be better on this jacket is the armor. Don't get me wrong -- it is substantial and makes me feel well protected. But it isn't Knox armor (which is harder). That means the jacket is a bit more comfortable, but a bit less protective. Also, I bought it in white, which may mean it gets dirtier. But so far it hasn't. I think the white is a good high visibility color, and very sharp looking with the black accents. All in all, I am really happy with this purchase.
Pros Rugged, Great Value, Fashionable, Comfortable
Yes, I recommend this product.

This is an exceptionally well made jacket, with nice styling, and top protective armor. Very comfortable for an armored jacket. The light color may tend to show dirt (although the material is tough and should wash well), but the color works for me from a safety standpoint. The biggest challenge is figuring out the fit. I put true to size, only because I can't match the European sizing system to the US system. I had to return the first one I bought because it was a size too large. The second one seems just right. A 42 seems to be the equivalent of about a Woman's 10. There are only two things I wish this jacket had that it doesn't - more reflective material (I plan to sew on some additional) and side pockets to slip your hands in for warmth when not riding. But other than that, this jacket has it all
Pros Protective, Fashionable, Comfortable, Rugged
Cons Pricey, Not enough reflective material
Yes, I recommend this product.

Arai makes a great helmet, and this one is no exception. It was a clearance item, and so the price was excellent. But for the clearance status, though, I would have returned it. I wear a Small in an Arai full face, but in this open face I think I would have preferred an extra small. The only other downside of this helmet is that the overall shell seems to come down low on my neck -- perhaps the shell is just too large, even though inside the liner, etc is downsized for the smaller heads. I have a somewhat long neck, which helps. But another family member with a short neck and about the same size head is not comfortable in it because it feels to her as though the bottom of the helmet is more or less hitting her shoulders when she is bent over her bike. The best advice is to try before you buy -- we didn't, because the clearance pricing was so attractive. Again, the sizing may be off for me, but the helmet is still a top quality one.
