One size up was a little tight, but appropriate. The quality is very good, but I think the knuckle protection would be a little stiff in when riding. The rubber area is molded flat so when you curve your hands the glove resists bending a bit.

These run one size small. I ordered a size up and they fit, well, like a glove. The most comfortable gloves with "hard" knuckle protection I've tried. The knuckle is actually a little flexible which helps. The airflow is great. I can't wear them below 50 degrees for extended rides or my hands get too cold. I wish the palm, below the fingers, had a second layer of leather. There's stitching that looks like it's for another layer, but it's just cosmetic. There is only extra leather at the heel of your hand.

These run true to size, but a little snug. I think with some breaking in they'd be perfect. If you look closely at the large carbon fiber insert at the knuckle you see that the carbon is actually behind (on the back side) of a clear layer of resin. This should protect the material from superficial scratches better than if it was on the outside. The protection on the outside of the fingers protrudes quite a bit. Great for saving digits, but pretty bold looking.

I wear 32w x 34 pants/jeans. I ordered the MD Long and they fit perfectly. I like the basic black style, the large reflective areas on the sides and the ability to get to my pants pockets through the zippers.
I've worn them in 38-65 degree weather. They're great in that temperature range. I don't think they'd be that good in hot weather due to the water and windproof lining.
There is one awkward thing about putting them on. The snaps are in back of the zipper, so you have to twist around quite a bit to fasten them.
It would be nice if they had some hip padding but the full side zipper doesn't allow it as they are currently designed. I'm not certain of the long term durability of the outer surface. The material is polyester.

I tried several Dainese, Diadora, Alpinestars, the Sidi On-Road Gore-Tex and the TCX Infinity GTX Boots. The Fulcrums were easily the most comfortable boots, so I own them.
What could be better: The sole is very flexible. The toes look a bit too pointy. The protective areas could be harder.
What I like: Zero break in period. The leather feels like it's been preconditioned to be supple. The boots are wide enough at the ball of my foot. They breathe well. They don't look like combat gear.
In comparison the Sidi boots were too narrow in the toe, but had thick robust leather. The Alpinestars Tech Touring Gore-Tex Boots had large round, bulbous toe areas, but were well constructed. The other Dainese boots were not quite as comfortable but had slightly better protection. The TCX infinity boots were stiff and the leather folded awkwardly on top of my foot, behind the TPU shift reinforcement area.

These are well constructed boots. I tried these as well as the Dainese Fulcrum Gore-Tex Boots. I ended going with the Fulcrums, but it was a close call. I felt these had somewhat better protection, but weren't quite as comfortable for me. Contrary to the video I think these would be fine for walking around in. They're not sneaker soft, but they aren't so stiff that you can't walk in them. I'm not sure how good the D-WP breathes, so I'm rating these average for airflow.

I ended up putting Velcro on the backside and sewed some complimentry Velcro on the outside leg of my riding pants to have this within easy reach. It's a good product. My only complaints? The cords are stiff when it's cold out and the knobs are not as easy as I'd like to operate with gloves. I don't really use the lights to gauge the heating level. You can certainly feel the level. I just check them to make sure they're on.
I have not used this in the rain so I don't know the waterproofness.

Hard shin protection. Good overall protection. Nice style.
The top 5 inches of the inside of the boot appears to be fake leather. It looks like it could be sticky in summer. I'd prefer mesh for breathability. It's a bit difficult to pull the zipper up the last inch because the flap gets in the way. A pull tab would help.

Gore-Tex is pretty breathable, but if it's under a synthetic exterior it's not going to breath well.

What are major differences between the Striker and the Neutron gloves?
Hi, I watched both reviews of subject gloves. I ride BMW K1200S or K1200RS. I prefer the "look" of the Striker vs the Neutron. I'm guessing the Striker is "burlier" since its intended for off-road use as well as street use. Is there that big a difference in the exterior dimensions between the two gloves. It appears that the Striker offers more protection than the Neutron, but, maybe its more cosmetic than functional. Thanks.
There's not much difference at all. I found the Striker to be more comfortable than the Neutron. That's the important thing. Otherwise the knuckle protection is different and some of the cloth cuts/types are slightly different.
