this is a great helmet. It is incredibly quiet and airflow can be felt unlike other helmets that I've owned. I had a few pressure spots but those went away after a few hours of use. There are cutouts in the foam for mounting headphones I used the sizing chart and it was spot on
Yes, I recommend this product.

this jacket flows a large amount of air. Enough to keep me cool even on 90+ degree days. The d-dry liner works well and blocks out the rain. The fit is good I had to order a size larger than the fitting guide said. The first jacket fit well but was tight in my upper arm area and also would not allow me to fit my heated liner under the jacket. All of the pads fit well and stay where they belong while riding. This is becoming my favorite riding jacket I've ever used.
