Knee armor slides up in sports riding position

So I purchases an AGV Sport Solare Vented Pants (size M) and had to return them because as soon as I got on my Suzuki Katana (sport bike) the knee protectors rode way up above my knees, I think its mostly because when I sit the crotch area moves up. So my question is whether I will have the same problem with these AGV willows?
I am 6', 140lbs, with a waist of 31 and an inseam of 33.
What size would you recommend for me?
