Kriega R25 Backpack The Kriega R25 motorcycle backpack has a quick release QUADLOC harness, which is Kriega's own tried, tested and highly recommended system, unique to the rucksack industry. An innovative extremely efficient load-carrying system designed for motorcycle riders. I have used this bag for short rides to work and long trips over the last two years. It has yet to show any sign of trouble. Build quality is excellent and comfort is second to none. I would recommend using a Kube for quick access to a phone or point and shoot. It is not a waterproof bag but I have been caught in a surprise rain or two and the contents were still dry. To guarantee contents are dry I would recommend using a waterproof compression sack from a camping store. If someone tells you that Kriega is the best, believe them.

I have a Bell Star that I use as a touring helmet so as soon as I saw this I knew I wanted it. The Transitions lens works exactly as you would expect it to. The shield changes to dark quickly and as of yet I have not noticed the change when it occurs. But a quick look in the mirror will confirm that it did change. I have not had occasion to use it in a tunnel so I cannot say if the change back to clear is too slow but you can always open the visor for that period if you need. It fits just like any of the other visors should and does not leak air. I would recommend this to anyone willing to spend the money. The only reason I will not give it top scores is the price. Twice that of Iridium even!

How much warmer will the D-Dry version be than the regular Avro?

I would like to ensure I am covered for the possibility of rain on my upcoming trips but do not want to sacrifice overall comfort in hot/dry weather. Should I get the D-Dry version or the regular?

Going to the dragon at the beginning of August and anticipate really warm weather.
