These pants fit well, allow great air flow and cooling, and are comfortable. That said, the knee protection is down at my shins, even on the highest velcro setting. And the pants are WAY long. I'll need to figure out how to attach some velcro higher in inside the pant leg for the knee pads because I can't walk around comfortably in them as they are totally below my knee caps. Also, the snap at the waist - there is a hook as well as a snap, thank goodness -- the snap is loose and always unsnaps. They do fit a woman MUCH better than the Johnny Rocket similar size.

I decided to purchase these boots after reading all the reviews posted here and found that all appraisals were accurate. I heded the warnings about the sizing and ordered the next size up and the boot fit nicely. The break-in is, indeed, as quick as one of the previous reviews. I wore them around the house for about 1/2 hour and they easily conformed to my foot. It was quite remarkable! The ankle strap gives great support and is adjustable. I rode with them in the rain once and my feet stayed dry.
Style-wise, this is not a fancy shoe. It has a look and feel of a hiking boot and can actually be used as such. The tread and extra wide soles give sure-footing, but can make shifting a little awkward if your bike has a shorter distance from peg to lever.
Yes, I recommend this product.
