I'm a fan of HELD gloves as I use three pair depending on conditions. Fit of the HELD glove is perfect for my hand.
For this product I needed a late fall glove for changeable conditions and these fit the bill. The grip side is just that-you can feel the controls no problem and they are very comfortable. When it got chilly on my ride-around 42 degrees the warm/waterproof side was just that. When it started raining really hard the gloves stayed 100% dry inside. The waterproof side takes away a bit of feel due to the extra thickness-that's to be expected-but not enough to matter. I adjusted fine. I'd mention that for me anything over about 70 degrees and the gloves were a bit too warm for me.
What I liked is that for a late fall mountain trip I only needed two pair of gloves total as these filled the bill very well.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Very good comfort right out of the box-needed little break-in if any. I'm a 10 1/2 and got the 45 size-it was too big. Even though many conversion chrts showthe 45 as being the US cross-over size every boot I've purchased has fit better in a 44.
One feature I really like is that the boots will fit under riding jeans. More $$$$ than I wanted to spend but well worth it. Better to get the good stuff first, I'd say.

Got these for a fall tour in and around the Blue Ridge parkway. Covered 1200 miles in 4 days. Boots fit well and were very comfortable right out of the box. However, we had two days of 40 degrees and lots of rain. By the end of the first day the front half of the boots were wet. They did not dry overnight and were wet the next day for a 400 mile dash home in very poor weather-really cold and driving rain.
Sending them back ASAP. If they were waterproof as advertized they'd be used a lot as everything else about the boot is fine.
