Just received this jacket, thanks for quick shipping from Revzilla.
First off, really nice design with enough reflectivity and hi-viz to stay noticeable without being totally obnoxious. There is a large hi-viz patch in the middle of the back, which isn't apparent from the photos. Venting seems decent without the thermal liner, but likely not great. Armor is nice, substantial.
Pockets are thoughtfully placed, offset zipper in the front for extra waterproofing is a nice touch as well. Sleeves are a little long, but I read this was the case and was not surprised by it. Truthfully I like a little extra sleeve length to tuck into my gloves.
I took measurements before ordering, and I think the jacket fits true to size if not a tad small.
Thanks Revzilla for the video and great service. Definitely helped my decision making.

The breath guard is a nice feature on a helmet - my complaint about this one is I can never get it to stay in very well on my Shoei X-12, hence the need for a replacement. A recommended product for function and form, but it would be great if Shoei came up with a more permanent way to attach it to the helmet.
