When I first got this it refused to link to my phone (Motorola Rival) but I was due for an upgrade and have since linked it with a Droid X. I often use Pandora on the phone or music while riding. Audio is great and easy to hear. So far have not found a way to play a ringtone over so I have to have music playing to know if the phones ringing (goes quiet). Though I only read the manual once and forgot a lot. So far I've logged about 3k miles with this on and have used the intercom feature and found it didn't disable correctly but sound was great. Also phone calls sound great even up to 70 MPH using my HJC Modular helmet.
I also used ear plugs and the audio still comes in crystal clear and have no problems with music or calls.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I got this coat because of the mesh base that would allow me to have armor while riding in 90+ temps. I have ridden into the 70 with the shell and only a little bit of riding with the mesh so far. Overall the coat does not fit to you like any of my old ones. It has one adjustment point on the arms by the elbow so your bicep area and forearm the coat hangs loose. It also has no adjustment in the chest only at the waist. If the vents on the top open up it blows up like a balloon because there is no back vent. The coat does hold up to rain fairly well but with the low cut neck I ended up with a very wet chest after riding in the rain for 5 hours.
Overall I do enjoy the coat and will use it more then my old one, but I wish it had more adjust ability in fit.
Yes, I recommend this product.
