I ride a BMW 1200 and wanted new waterproof gloves befitting of the BMW image, but with increased safety features over the gloves I had become accustommed to wearing. Having great prior experience, I returned to the Revzilla site to investigate offerings.
The REV'IT! Summit H2O Gloves that Anthony described in the Revzilla video appeared to offer all of the features I wanted at a reasonable price.
I was hoping for a glove that I could wear, even when it's not raining.
I ordered the gloves on a Monday afternoon and didn't expect them for a week, so I was pleasantly surpised when they arrived 2 days later without having to pay rush freight.
I live in the greater Indianapolis area and ride 9-10 months out of the year, commuting 25 miles to and from work each day. As anyone knows, the midwest has been drenched with heavy rain the past 2 months, yet has also seen temperatures in the mid-40's up to the mid 80's. These gloves remain comfortable in cool temperatures and keep me dry while looking stylish. Though described as a summer glove, I am finding them too warm to wear when temperatures climb above 75 degrees.
I love the high gauntlet and the excellent safety features while still looking great on a touring bike.
I wear a large glove most of the time. I ordered these in "large" and find the ft to be perfect.
I would absolutely recommend these gloves to anyone.

Having the right gear is important and not enough thought is put into buying boots. Over the past 3 years, I've purchased all garments/ items necessary for year-round riding. The only item needed was new boots. I was tired of riding in very durable, waterproof "work boots".

The TCX X-Five Plus Gore-Tex Boot that Anthony described in the Revxilla video appeared to offer all of the features I wanted at a reasonable price. I wanted a boot that was waterprooof, even though I would wear it year round, regardless of the weather.
I ordered the boots on a Monday afternoon and didn't expect them for a week, so I was pleasantly surpised when they arrived 2 days later without having to pay rush freight.

As insignificant as it may sound, I like the feel that these boots allow me to have of the mototrcycle over the old work boot and I feel safer in them in case I go down in them.
I've had a chance to wear these at "final destinations" and walk around in them and they remain comfortable. Several of the reviews mentioned that the zipper is a little stiff. Initially it is, but I've already logged about 1500 miles in them and the zipper gets eaier to use.
I would absolutely recommend these boots to anyone.

Is the Revit Summit H2O waterproof?
Reviewer #2 said they soaked completely through after a short ride. I like the reviews but I'm paying a price for waterproof - if they aren't waterproof what am I paying extra for? Does anyone have other water experiences with these gloves?
I've logged about 1500 miles in these gloves since getting them a month ago. Half of those miles have been in the constant downpour of rain that the midwest has experienced this year. I ride a BMW 1200 with a full faring and log mostly highway miles (approximately 25 mile each way each day). While the faring probably helps to prevent some of the rain from hitting the gloves, it doesn't prevent them from getting wet. I have yet to experience any difficulty getting them back on or off during rainy conditions.
