I bought these for my mom. We just came back from a 5 state poker run. Temp ranged from 41-78 F, sunny clear skies to mountain cold rain. She wore a base layer (yoga tights) underneath these pants and states she was never cold, kept dry, vented well, comfortable and felt peace of mind with the safety features. But like many women out there she thought the style could have been more flattering, too much room in the butt! lol Despite that she would rate these 5 stars great bang for your buck!

 Bell Vortex Archangel Helmet
Bell Vortex Archangel Helmet
Bell Vortex Archangel Helmet Even if you name is not Michael or Gabriel you will love this helmet! The graphics on this helmet are visual as well as tactile. Bold gray scale wings and roses frame the visor area over a background of raised red floral scroll work making this Bell Vortex Helmet a real standout. Apart from the crazy graphics this polycarbonate lid also sports a whole host of features developed at Bell's California design center for the Vortex's big brother the Star. This helmet is a solid choice for excellent graphics and design. I picked this helmet because its Snell rated (safety first), price point and awesome design. Air flow is great, our summers are dry and in the triple digits weeks at a time. The thick cheek pads were a bit too tight for my liking but was easily corrected by getting the 40mm cheek pads. As far as the graphics, there isn't a day that goes by that I don't get compliments. I also like the added feature that when I upgrade my helmet to a star the shields are interchangeable. Overall great helmet
