I bought 2 pr of these socks in late 2010 as I was preparing for a 9,500 mile cross-country solo trip. I also bought the REVIT Touring boots at the same time. I have probably logged over 2,000 hours between the 2 pair and find them very comfortable and durable. The elastic in the top band does tend to fade after a couple of days of continuous wear but washing restores to new condition. I really do wear them and the boots even when I'm not riding. They are that comfortable. In fact, I have them on right now!
Yes, I recommend this product.

I prefer a full-face but I bought this helmet just before my 8,500 mile trek across the US last summer because I wanted the versatility. I also bought the Sharktooth Bluetooth.
The helmet seems to fit comfortably at first. A bit snug but that's what you want. The problem is that after about 30 minutes, I got a horrible headache. I mean like a true migraine. Took me awhile to figure out that it was the helmet and a bit longer to realize that it was the forehead pad causing it. The pad is a black mesh and feels fairly cushy. But just behind the mesh is a 4" x 2" neoprene pad that is glued on to the styrofoam. It's about 1/8" thick and puts just enough pressure on the forehead to cause great agony.
I have recently pulled the neoprene pad out (see pic) and plan to try the helmet again tomorrow on a 5 hour trip to Princeton. This may or may not fix the problem. I see others have had the same experience with the headaches. I'll bring my full face just in case.
Overall, I expect a much, much better product for the $$ I paid. I would not recommend this product unless you can actually wear it for an hour or so before you buy it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
