These gloves came with all the wiring harnesses that you need to hook them up to your bike, very complete from Gerbing. You do need a heat controller (which I all ready had), full on is a way too hot.
I like the large Gauntlet however it is difficult to cinch up especially if you have the gloves on, it takes two hands.
that is the only minor negative I have.
I ordered a medium because that is what my hand measured and that is the size of my normal riding gloves. However the Gerbing T5s medium were too long in the fingers.
I contacted RevZilla customer service and they were VERY HELPFUL in sorting all the options, different size, different glove, etc. I ended up with the T5 in a small size, great fit.
Yes, I recommend this product.
