I really liked the styling of this jacket. I had ordered multiple jackets to decide which I would keep, and return the rest. I tried very hard for this to be the jacket I kept because I liked the style that much. Unfortunately though, the jacket was too expensive for what I was getting, and was readily beaten, in my opinion, by other (cheaper) jackets.
This jacket was simply too short at the front for me to feel comfortable. I'd tried a 2X ( a little tight, but workable) and it was too short. I spoke with Icon and RevZilla to measure the length increase if I went to 3X. I ordered the 3X and found it way too big in the stomach area, and STILL felt too short (at the front). The material feels a bit too light, like it would just melt if you ever had a low side on it.
The venting appeared inadequate, though I couldn't test it on the bike as I opted to not purchase this and return it.
I unfortunately don't feel that this jacket commands it's $370 price tag. It feels $100 less, and even then, there are other jackets that would beat it out.
No pant zipper connector !
Note that had there been a Tall size (or the jacket been longer) I would have probably bought it. I think I would have regretted it because it's still not worth the $370, but I liked the styling that much.

Initial Perspective:
==============
I was comparing this jacket to a number of others.
I found that it looks much better in person than it did online, in fact, the fit is actually flattering. The various adjusters work to make a good fit for arms, forearm and waist. The adjusters also ensure that the armor (which feels substantial by the way, it is Knox afterall) is in just the right place.
When I got on the bike, it was a warm day, around 20 Celsius (so not the hottest we'll get) in the direct sunlight. I was concerned that this jacket would be too warm, but I found the air flow was fantastic. A lot of air can move through the large chest and arm vents keeping you cool, without billowing. The vents actually help "suck" the jacket to the body, which creates an additional "cooling" feeling if you only have a 'T'-shirt underneath.
For cooler weather riding, the liner looks substantial, and was very warm when I wore it in the house, I haven't worn it on the bike yet. The liner is fully sleeved with heat reflecting material. It also packs away into its own bag, that's part of the liner itself. I found that at around 8 Celsius I only needed to close the vents and wear the weather collar that also comes with it. The waterproofing has an added effect of providing good wind-proofing. This typically results in a jacket that's too hot, but the vents WORK !.
For poor weather riding, this jacket is waterproof (no waterproof liner required) has weather/taped zippers/seems and the main zip has an inner gutter to ensure no water gets in. The main
Pros:
=====
Fit - flattering (in my opinion). I'm a 2x guy, and have purchased the 50" chest. The fit is fairly accurate to the size, feeling SLIGHTLY small, but that was with the liner in too. I'd recommend that you order to your size. I often find that larger jackets don't increase enough in length, this jacket is long enough !
Hi Viz - I bought the hi-viz option, some great reflective panels and the hi-viz isn't overly luminous ! It looks good.
Venting - very good airflow
Armor - substantial. Knox armor, not just a CE-approved foam pad !
Cons:
=====
the main zip should be more "substantial". A slightly larger design would help in fastening and it would also help prevent it from opening after being zipped up, which has happened twice.
the waist tends to ride up a little when riding. This is not big deal, and may be resolvable by loosening the waist which would allow it to ride up, and come back done relatively freely.
