The jacket seems to be a tiny bit large for me. I'm 6' tall and 175lb and the medium is a little big. That being said, the adjustability is excellent. The combination of the waist belt thing, the elbow tightening straps and the press studs above the waist have the jacket fitting snugly. The elbow armour sits a bit low on my arm; I might try using some velcro. The elbow armour is also a tad stiff/not shaped that well to an elbow. The cuffs are a bit fiddly to do up.
The ventilation is excellent. The mesh up the arms really catches the air and sends it up into your armpits, really cooling! I rode to the next town and it was 60F and I was cold!
The inner jacket is showerproof and windproof. I'm not sure if it's really waterproof. I don't believe in inner liners for really wet weather anyway: use a rain jacket on the outside. It feels like it'd be quite warm, but I haven't tested it below 50F though. It pulls out of the jacket easily and doesn't look too stupid. I'd happily wear it to the local shops or something if I was on my bike. The velcro attachments from the liner to the cuff are rubbish and come undone when you take the jacket off.
The lower pockets are great. One pocket easily holds a pair of riding gloves, and they don't get in the way when you lean over the fuel tank. The zippers on the chest pockets are shorter than the pockets are wide so you couldn't use them to their capacity, and it's hard to get your hand in there. Can't really comment on the rear poket, but I reckon it'd hold a rain jacket.
Everything seems to be well made: good zips, stitching.
A friend commented that I light up like a Christmas tree with the reflective piping. Excellent!
I've picked out every little niggle I have, but overall I'm very happy with the jacket. From my research before buying it seems like it's he best value mid-pricerange mesh jacket out there.
Yes, I recommend this product.
