Everything in the box & well packed inside (outside was rough but it WAS shipped...) Instalation was a bit of a challange as that I have Happy Trail side mounts for my Teton side boxes.I had to cut / shim the mounting points & spacing of the mufflers and aquiring longer bolts. After Initial install I had leaks at the lower pipe joints & had to pull back down and use some "Ultra" pipe seal to fix it. I had already installed a Dobeck box & had it sorted out & with the Quiet inserts in performance was slightly stronger & sound quality is good without being too loud. Pulled the inserts & picked up a noticeable gain over 6,500 rpm with another "click" richer on the hi speed box adjustment. Substantial (feels like over 20 lbs.) weight savings over stock. 85% of a Staintune system at 1/3rd of the price. I can recommend this system. As per usual, Excellent service & response from RevZilla.

Quality & finish is very good. I was pleasently suprised how light it was. The interior is o.k. for this price range but Not what I expected. My Iasus speakers were an absolute no way in this helmet, but it overall was MUCH tighter fit than I was expecting.....(I'm a measured 59cm~ Large). The shield operates nicely but fogs easily & badly in cold weather (without pinlock) and the mid range detents have loosened up a Lot in a years worth of everyday commuting. It seals up in wet weather riding as well as any helmet I have ever used, with no distortion and a Very good field of vision. The less than complete satisfaction is mostly my fault as that I wore it riding 20 mins. after recieving it so I did not feel it to be fair to send it back.... to get another model or size. Since then I have gone down to the thinnest cheek pads and while it is much more comfortable, it's much too round for me. My nose touches the faceshield. My last 2 lids were a HJC & a Arai. The "Moral" to this tale is: DO NOT take it outside untill you have worn it around the house first!!! I will likely replace this Quest with another Arai in the near future. (and likely will buy it from RevZilla!). The Quest fits my Lady friend (Usually a medieum size) quite well.
