Overall it is a very well made 3/4 length boot. I like how well the boot breathes when walking, and you can feel the wind through the boot when you ride. Pretty light weight and not horrible to walk in. I would definitely suggest following the Euro Size, not your actual shoe size. I normally wear a 47, but I have a size 13 foot. I ordered the 47, it was tight across the foot but NOT by and it already broke in after a ride. Great feature of a retention strap over the top of the foot, it's just like my snowboarding boots. It allows you to custom fit the tightness to your foot. I would like to see the same design on the ankle but I am still content with this boot. You get what you pay for in this case. I have had other boots, namely Teknic Chicanes and these beat them by a long shot. I have had no problems with any screws in my boot, but if I do I trust Sidi to fix the promptly. Spend the extra money and buy higher quality boots, you will not regret it.

Can a woman wear these?

I wear a 7.5 to 8 in woman's sizes. What would the equivalent men's size be for me?
Normally the size difference is about 1.5 sizes. So you're 7.5= a 6 in mens. Unfortunately I doubt that you would fit them!
