Waist Measurements?

The Firstgear size chart only provides inseam lengths for women's pants...not very helpful in my opinion. How do I find out what the waist measurement is for each size? Depending on the brand, I wear anything from a 12 to a 16.

Sleeve & Back Length?

According to the size charts I would probably need a size 50 in this jacket, but I have short arms and I am only 5'2" so I'm worried the sleeves will be way too long and the jacket itself may be long on me as well. Could you find that info for me?

How tall is this boot?

I have rather muscular calves so I am wondering what the shaft height is on this boot, as well as the circumference at the top. If you could provide that info, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
