I already had an Olympia riding suit that I have been extremely pleased with. But I needed some mesh pants to go with a Fieldsheer mesh jacket I had. I wanted more protection than jeans on hot summer days. Although expensive, these pants are definitely worth it. They flow air very well, even at moderate speeds. They fit me well, being a relaxed cut so I can wear them over jeans - I normally wear size 12 and bought these in 14 to wear as overpants, which worked out perfectly. They also have some thoughtful features such as zippered hip pockets (seems like a small thing, but lots of riding pants don't have that). The quality of materials and construction seems high, although I haven't given them the ultimate test yet. Overall an excellent purchase even at a rather high price.
Yes, I recommend this product.
