Defiantly keeps you dry, but you will get really HOT. Little small as well. I got a large to go over my 48 pants and 52 jacket (which was recommended) and it's tight on the crotch.

Sidi Vortice Air Boots It was thought that the award winning Sidi Vertigo Corsa boot was the pinnacle of sport boot technology. Until today that is as Sidi is proud to introduce the next step in the evolutionary chain The Vortice. The latest in technology combined with the great skill and workmanship of Sidis Italian based factory technicians blend in a whirl of fresh solutions to satisfy a riders desire for safety and comfort. Features Constructed of Lorica and is lined with Teflon vented mesh. Only Sidi goes to trouble and expense of creating a multiple liner boot system in its racing boots. Lorica reg is a composite micro fiber material created from strands that are so fine, each one is less than one thousandth the thickness of silk. When injected with special resins, these fibers act like natural leather skin, but with the addition of better strength, softer texture, lighter weight and better moisture protection. Sidi has added a small elastic panel to aid in a smooth zipper operation as it allows a bit of movement via the elastic as the zipper passes over the riders ankle ball. The rear upper part of the boot is made up of the following mechanisms A) The TECNO CALF TENSIONER mechanism adjusts the leg circumference. Placed in the back of the boots upper, it works through a nylon wire that hooks directly to the shin plate B) The TECNO SHIN TENSIONER mechanism helps the TECNO CALF TENSIONER close the leg upper on the front part of the boot. The two lateral nylon braces join the ankle joint with two screws that are protected by nylon caps. This system is reinforced with fiberglass, supports the ankle and is easy to replace. This system allows excellent flex movement front-to-back while being firm side-to-side. Air Ventilation System a third brace is positioned on the outer-lower part of the boot and features an air intake that can be operated by an aerodynamic shaped button. Tecno Instep Tensioner, a fastening system on the front part of the foot, on the instep. Shock Absorbing Heel Cup Fully vented Shin Plate Gear Change Pad Vortice Slider toe slider is made in nylon reinforced with fiberglass. It is fitted with a new air intake and an innovative alloy insert. Racing SRS Sole all new sole is constructed of a polyurethane and rubber blend. Please Note Both colors feature Sidi's calf tensioner mechanism, though the Black/White boot image excludes it.

Replacement and Sport Hump.

It was mentioned in the video that the santa monica was a step up from this jacket, but I heard it is actually the replacement is that true? If it is an upgrade what are the benefits of the santa monica over the rebel?

Also is the sport hump on the rebel smaller than that of the santa monica and del mar?
The hump is a bit smaller. That' the only real downgrade. Besides that it has all of the features. Delmar has neck support, which this does not.

The Wave G Back Protector is a great way to upgrade your Dainese jacket to an even higher level of safety. Protection Inner core is comprised of Nidaplast (R) extruded polypropylene for outstanding protection External anti-shock perforated corrugated structure permits ventilation Certifications EN 1621-2/2003 Standard Level 1 Specifications Choose G1 for Women's Jackets Choose G2 for Men's Jackets

I am looking at purchasing Dianese AVRo 2PCE Mens Leathers

Would like to know if the Daineise sheild Air G2 Back Protector will fit. I am around 6 foot 2 inches and sizing is a big consideration for a euro size 58 suite.
It should fit. As it goes it the jacket it fit a large variety of sizes. I'm about 6 foot, and It's on the cusp of being to big. So it should be good!

 Arai Corsair V Crutchlow Helmet
Arai Corsair V Crutchlow Helmet
Arai Corsair V Crutchlow Helmet The Corsair is Arais flagship model. An Arai helmet is not the product of compromise, of a profit point, or a board of directors. An Arai helmet is the product of obsession, an ongoing obsession to design and build the best helmets possible. This year Arai took the Corsair V Replica helmets to a new level. With several new features, youll see why the worlds best wear the Arai Corsair V Helmet. Arais exclusive, adjustable new AirWing is designed to greatly reduce drag, turbulence and buffeting resulting in more comfort and additional top-speed. The new wider eyeport required a new, wider faceshield. Called the Series I faceshield, it is exclusive to the Corsair-V. The new shield fits even more flush against the shell than the previous Corsairs. Newly equipped with Air In Stabilizer, an additional air intake between the front and rear intake in the diffuser and large toggles. The Air-In ports help accelerate air out the back, increasing airflow without increasing the size of the holes in the shell. The biggest difference between the newest generation of Arais Hyper-Ridge feature and its predecessors sticks right out at you Whereas the previous ridge curved in, this one flares out. This results in a larger opening at the helmets bottom, making the helmet easier to get on and off. Both cheek pads and the neck roll can be removed in seconds thanks to the advanced Emergency Release System. Rescue and medical workers can easily remove the newly designed removable neck roll and the cheek pads by just pulling the pad release tabs. This offers extra room within the helmet, making removal of the helmet much easier and minimizing the risk of additional injury. The Corsair-Vs neckroll is now removable and replaceable, and adds an additional exhaust vent through its bottom via shallow channels in the EPS liner, adding yet another ventilation outlet for the removal of interior air. Snell M2010 Arai Corsair V Crutchlow Helmet RevZilla Opinion If you are a fan of our boy Cal Crutchlow or just a Monster Energy enthusiast, the Arai Corsair V Crutchlow helmet gives you the Monster sizzle to go with your steak. We have seen the Arai Corsair V perform at the highest level of race helmets over the last few years. The shape and profile of the Corsair V are pro level racing optimized and the weight savings and comfort features do well to keep the rider, racer or trackday enthusiast focused on his line. Bottom line, the Arai Corsair V is an amazing sport and race helmet, the Crutchlow replica graphic adds a nice stylistic touch.

Can this helmet still be used if your not in the tucked position?

Even with the RX-Q model out is this helmet still good to use for other riders that arent tucked to the bike.
It can be. But it's made for the tuck, and way better in the tuck. If you want this helmet and ride more not tucked then tucked I suggest the RX-Q. Basically the corsair modified for street use/not full tuck.
